In the heart of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park, enjoy hiking trails, unspoiled forests, first-category rivers for fishing, and an environment conducive to relaxation. The village has all essential shops, a wellness center and spa open year-round, and a popular leisure center with a water park, slides, treetop adventure course, and summer activities. Completely renovated and tastefully furnished, this large holiday home accommodates up to 14 people. Located at the entrance to the village, on the road to Lacaune, it enjoys a prime location just a one-minute walk from the leisure complex. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room opening onto a terrace, complete with a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, and dishwasher. A laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a separate WC, complete this level. The first floor comprises the first three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190cm). A large bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a hairdryer, and a separate WC are also located on this floor. On the second floor: - Bedroom 4: one double bed (140x190cm) - Bedroom 5: one double bed (140x190cm) - Bedroom 6: four single beds (90x190cm) You will also find two shower rooms and a separate toilet. Outside, enjoy an enclosed garden and a terrace, perfect for sharing meals and relaxing moments. Children will love the small playhouse equipped with a mini multi-game table combining foosball, billiards, ping-pong, and table hockey, as well as the toys and board games provided.
