Perfect Family Stay

We frequent this same condo every year for the past 3 years. It’s the perfect beach front location and central to so many great restaurants and fun things to do! It’s a 10/10 recommend for us!!!!

Beautiful view and great location

Stayed with our daughter, son-in--law, and granddaughter and this place was perfect! Right on the beach and nice place to cook meals (9f you want) and hang out after a day at the beach! Owner was great and responded quickly to all of our questions. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Condo & Perfect Location

The property is great! The beach is “blocked” off for this condo’s guests only. Great location for food, shopping, fun with the kids. We loved it!

Great location BUT

The location of the condo was great. The communication with owner was great. Only negatives is the condo was a little dark even with all lights on. The pool was inadequate in size vs size of complex. I would rent again if I go back to Destin

Beachfront Unit

This was a nice beachfront unit with easy access to the beach, pool and parking lot from the room. The parking lot was gated and adequate parking for guests. Elevators were fast and the room was clean. The property itself is a little dated, but the unit was in good condition and well kept. Would stay here again.

Fantastic Stay!

5 StarsThis beach condo was absolutely perfect! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The view of the ocean from the balcony was breathtaking — we spent every morning out there with coffee and every evening watching the sunset. The location was ideal, just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway — highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Co-workers get away

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was nice. The things that weren’t so great was that it was hard to get out & back to Condo due to having to do u-turns! Also the beach access was taken over by all the rental chairs. There were no openings to get to beach except 1 day. Some people don’t want to rent chairs they like to use their own set-up. I ended up renting some chairs but was on the last row. Think too much is given to the rentals chairs. We all pay for our condos the same and ho to have access to the beach.

Spring break get away.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view was amazing! Condo was comfortable and equipped with everything you will need for a home away from home. Even had beach chairs we could use. Only negative was all electrical outlets did not work.

Pictures don’t do it justice

We stayed in room 1205. Everything was so cute! The pictures posted don’t do this place justice we watched schools of fish swim by and our last day there we seen sting rays dolphins and a manistee swimming by from the balcony. The views are amazing here.

Perfect Family trip

Property was perfect for our family of four. Spacious and very clean. The views are impeccable. Enjoyed the beach front and convenience of umbrella and chair rentals. Although we did not get a front row setup, we still had a great view of kids at all times. And the water was clear, beach clean and just overall breathtaking. Will definitely look to come back to this condo in the future.

Breathtaking views from our unit

Enjoyed our time in Destin. Walked the beach everyday. Many places to eat & shop. Recommend the screaming Eagle for an afternoon, takes you to crab island, lots of fun. Con- traffic on main road made it difficult to get in and out of the property. Perhaps different at another time of the year- we were there in April.

Love Destin but different Condo.

The property was nice but check in was nerve wrecking. When we arrived, the very sweet lady at the desk said she could not locate our reservation and that the property/ room owner is bad about not turning in conformations. After about 20mins of stressing and trying to contact owner, ( which never answered or responded ) we finally figured it out. We still had to use the door code the nice lady gave us because we never received ANYTHING from the owner. We Love Destin but will definately stay somewhere different next trip. You can find better condos for better prices.

Don’t let 3 stars fool you

Emerald Towers is in a great location, nice beach, condo itself is nicely decorated, chairs provided were nice, pretty decently stocked. We had a great time but one major complaint; the floors, vents and trim need to be scrubbed. Under the couch for sofa bed was filthy, floors were nasty. I don’t want to put you off this place, it was nice and owner was super easy to work with but the cleaning service is sorely lacking!! A disservice to a decent place.

Not what’s in the pictures!

View from the balcony is beautiful and we spotted dolphins everyday. Beach is clean and beach staff is great. Swimming pool is clean and big enough for kids, it has 9ft deeper end. Check-in process hassle. Followed the steps and Stood at the main building parking entrance gate. Helped by other guests behind our car. No Check-in package where it was instructed to be. Reached the condo just to find it’s all over sticky and dirty. I vacuumed and wiped main surface areas of the condo myself. All carpets around the condo are super tacky. Didn’t receive the WI-FI/Internet password on our first day as it was supposed to be in the Check-in package never received. There’s a code for the gate back from the beach to the building again stuck at the door to get in and helped by another kind guests in the building. Bathroom tub and sink drainage didn’t work at all, water would just kept filling.

Would definitely stay again! Nice property, great condo - much better supplied than others we’ve had (kitchen utensils, bath towels, etc), and decorated so nicely, comfy beds, good water pressure. And the view! We spent lots of time on the nice deck. The beach is amazing! That sugar sand, and the clear water, couldn’t get over it! (My first visit to Destin.)
