It's the perfect location for exploring the region. You'll be just a few kilometers from the sunny beaches of Argelès-sur-Mer, the Côte Vermeille, and Spain. Enjoy the local markets and explore the hiking trails through exceptional scenery. Don't miss the Villeneuve de la Raho lake (recreational center, restaurants, walks) with a splendid view of Mount Canigou. This cottage with a separate entrance is located on the upper floor of the owners' house and comprises: - Living room - Equipped kitchen - Private covered terrace with a view, approximately 20m² - Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190cm) - Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x190cm) - Bathroom - Separate toilet Access to the owners' swimming pool (dimensions = 8 x 4 m, depth = 1.20 m) is available from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Enclosed parking is available on the property.
