Modern guest apartment in the histor. giebichenstein

Completely new, separate guest apartment (approx. 45 m²) in the basement of the old Wilhelminian style villa from 1872 in the historic district of Giebichenstein (north. Downtown) in a very, very quiet location.
The bright apartment with underfloor heating itself has a bedroom with a double bed and desk (WLAN, LAN, telephone) and a living room with a sofa bed for another 2 people. The kitchen has everything you need for a short vacation (stove, extractor hood, microwave with hot air, toaster, kettle, coffee machine .... The modern bathroom with rain shower is equipped with a sauna. Guests have access to the garden.

However, we ask for your understanding that we only make the apartment available to private guests. A (commercial) sublease for third parties is not possible.

Schöne Sauna im Bad,Ausstattung für 2 Personen gut.Kaffeemaschine müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden,da in der Kanne der Boden schwarz war.Aufmerksame Vermieter, bei Fragen und Restzahlung sehr kulant.Vielen Dank.

Eine schöne Woche in Halle

Die Wohnung in der Gabelsberger Straße war sehr schön und bot mit ihrer Lage einen guten Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Stadt Halle, in weiten Teilen auch zu Fuß. Altstadt gut erreichbar, Saaleniederung in direkter Nähe. Vermieter sehr nett und unkompliziert. Alles bestens! Henning Fischer

We had a wonderful stay and our hosts were were so friendly.. The property was just as advertised and very clean. The location was wonderful.. The bed was good if you like an extra firm mattress

Moderne Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und modern renoviert. Wir waren zu viert dort (2 Erwachsene und zwei ältere Kinder), und auch das hat für ein Wochenende problemlos funktioniert. Es gibt sogar eine kleine Küche, nur Spülen muss man mit der Hand. Unsere Kinder waren von der vorgefundenen Comic-Sammlung so begeistert, dass sie auch das ganze Wochenende in der Wohnung verbracht hätten. ;-) Beim Buchen der Wohnung war mir das gar nicht so bewusst, aber die Lage ist wirklich topp: Ein schöner Stadtteil von Halle, das Flussufer ist sehr nah, zwei Straßenbahnlinien halten in der Nähe, es gibt in Laufnähe einen tollen Bäcker (mit wirklich sehr leckeren Croissants!), das Landesmuseum ist um die Ecke und sogar den Zoo könnte man zu Fuß erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Einchecken und Organisation klappte prima, obwohl wir uns gegenseitig gar nicht zu Gesicht bekamen. Dennoch war per Telefon alles schnell geklärt. Danke für den großen Vertrauensbeweis. Die Wohnung war für unsere Bedürfnisse genau passend und wir konnten durch die Stadtnähe schnell zu unseren Familienverabredungen . Das war prima.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung war, wie beschrieben, modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber, super gelegen. Alles bestens, nur ein kleiner Punkt, der verbessert werden könnte: die Matratze des Bettes sollte etwas härter sein.

Räumlichkeiten waren wie auf den Bildern und im Text beschrieben.

Es war alles sauber und gepflegt und ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Kellerwohnung war für die heißen Tage sehr angenehm. Die Schlüsselübergabe hatte erst nicht wie telefonisch abgesprochen funktioniert, aber die Mitarbeiterin von Herrn Wollenbecker war sehr hilfsbereit und dadurch hat letztendlich auch die Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert.

Schöne, sehr moderne Wohnung!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer relativ ruhigen Nebenstraße in Halle und befindet sich im Keller. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung super modern und schön eingerichtet und man findet alles, was man braucht, dort. Außerdem war der Vermieter sehr nett und die Schlüsselübergabe hat unkompliziert geklappt!

Klein, fein und gemütlich

In ruhiger Lage aber dennoch sehr zentral zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Halle gelegen hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt etwas dunkel im Keller eines Mehrfamilienhauses - hat aber trotzdem viel Charme und Charakter. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig aber stilvoll eingerichtet und lediglich von der Küche (sehr sehr klein) sollte mann nicht zu viel erwarten (für ein gutes Frühstück reicht es aber). Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Wohnung mehr als empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Die Wohnung ist neu eingerichtet und behaglich. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr positiv. Da die Wohnung im Souterrain liegt, ist sie nicht so sehr hell. Die vorbeifahrenden Autos sind ein wenig störend, wobei die Straße wenig befahren ist.
