The living area has splendid beach views through floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding glass door, which leads to the beachfront balcony. The dining area has seating for six at the table and additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized appliances, and it comes stocked with all the cookware and dishware you would need to prepare your family’s favorite meals.

The master bedroom has a king bed and private access to the beachfront balcony. The full master bathroom adjoins the bedroom and includes a double vanity and tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has two full beds and is just steps away from the guest bathroom, which has a tub/shower combination.

We had been to Destin a while back, but this is our first trip to Miramar Beach. Location is great-grocery store within walking distance CVS within walking distance. Tons of restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute drive.Parking was a little dicey. There is a parking garage, but you have to have a very short sedan to fit in there. Which means everyone with an SUV is fighting for spots outside and there are not many. Pool and beach area are really nice. Whether this past week wasn’t the greatest so we had no issues getting chairs at the pool in the early afternoon. I did find it a little offputting that renting two beach chairs for the day was 69. Thankfully, we had brought our own chairs and because it was so windy while we were there, we ended up spending most of our time up at the pool. Actual condo was great for a family of four. I have two older teenage sons who shared the room with the two double beds. That was perfect for them and they had their own bathroom.Kitchen is really well stocked with cups, plates, utensils and cooking needs. I was just shocked that there wasn’t even a salt and pepper left behind. Every other place we’ve ever rented has at least had salt pepper and some spices and things like ziplock bags and alum foil left in cabinets.Communication from the rental company was top-notch. Would definitely rent from them again.

Beach vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Edgewater condos. The condo is perfect for a family and I liked the separate rooms/bathrooms for privacy. The view was great and the distance to the pool and beach was great. The beach service provided was convenient for us flying in to the area and having limited bags. Overall, we would book this condo again for another beach vacation.

Great Family Spring Break Condo

This condo is very clean and is well furnished with comfortable beds and seating. The condo is on a lower floor of the building which is easy to access from the stairs. The washer and dryer worked well and the kitchen had every thing that we needed. We would stay here again.

Great Experience!

Weve been coming to Miramar Beach for several years and this was our best experience so far. The condo was the cleanest one we have seen! The heated pool made the trip for our young sons and the beach service was a treat for my husband and I. Communication was absolutely incredible and they were quick to respond and resolve or answer questions that we had.

Wonderful vacation

We were very pleased with this condo rental. There was a beautiful view from the balcony and bedroom window, and it was close to restaurants and a grocery store. A nice starter set of items was provided by the rental agency as well. We enjoyed the pools, and the beach chair service was wonderful. The grounds of Edgewater are beautiful and well maintained. The rental agency was quick to respond when we had questions and very courteous. We look forward to staying here again!

Loved everything about it. Only one comment to the owner, as a possible recommendation. The king mattress has a big hump on the center. Really the only thing that was annoying.

Beautiful view and location

The view and balcony are absolutely wonderful!! Seeing the ocean from your bed in the master bedroom was one of the most wonderful things to wake up to! The place is supplied more like a hotel, so for a longer stay come prepared with extra soaps for the kitchen, laundry, and make sure to bring your own coffee. The condo was decently clean but felt like it could have been a bit better, particularly the floors. The resort is a very nice place, and walking to the beach was one of the best things we had with small children!

We had a great time at Edgewater and Miramar beach for the week. We wished there would have been more descriptions about what was provided in the condo so that we didn’t need to pack as much to bring with us. There was an awesome kurig, fan, cooler and kids things already in the condo which was really nice ! We enjoyed the pool and the funnel fries at the snack shack at the pool ! Perfect location for a Girls Getaway!

I have stayed at so many places over the years, but I must say that this is the cleanest condo that I have been to. When we arrived all of the couch cushions were sitting upright and you could see that they were all cleaned prior to our stay. If you walked through the condo there was NO dirt or grit on the floors. The location could not be any better for a group of ladies wanting to go to the beach or shop. The decor was beautiful and well taken care of, all of the beds were very comfortable!i plan on booking with this same condo for next year! ❤️

Great stay as always

Our condo was great! Everything was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. It was so nice to stay in a condo that had an abundance of towels haha! The only thing that would have been nice to have with our young kiddos would have been a safety lock/latch on the top of the door. Not at all because we felt unsafe and were worried about someone breaking in, but because my kids (ages 4 and 2) knew how to open the door and there was no way to lock it to prevent them from escaping the condo. Other than that we had an awesome time and we are already looking forward to our trip next year.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time here. We have 4 kiddos and we loved the location of the unit. I’m always concerned with the balcony when it comes to my young kids and it was only one floor above the ground and we were still able to enjoy the view while feeling safe with the kids outside. It is also right by the elevators and stairs and has easy access to the pool and beach. Loved the condo and all it had to offer. It was very comfortable and updated. Would stay here again. We requested another set of sheets for the king bed during our stay and it came immediately. Compass resorts were very accommodating. Location of the Complex is right by the WinDixie, so it made grocery shopping very easy and quick during our stay.
