Located in the beautiful town of Saint-Bauzille-de-Putois, nestled at the foot of the Thaurac Mountains and along the banks of the Hérault River, come discover the charming Gîte de la Librairie, a holiday rental for 8 people that blends tradition and modernity, where you can relax and enjoy pleasant moments with family or friends! The cottage opens onto a large living area featuring a sitting area and a dining room/kitchen that opens onto the cottage’s outdoor garden. The sitting area features two comfortable red sofas and a small bookshelf filled with books, a reminder that the cottage was once a bookshop. You’ll then step into the dining/kitchen area, featuring a beautiful wooden table where you can enjoy delicious meals with friends or family, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, espresso machine, and traditional coffee maker… as well as all the kitchen essentials you’ll need for your stay. You’ll also find a washing machine in the kitchen. On the ground floor, you’ll find the first two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom featuring a shower, sink with mirror, and a separate toilet. Each bedroom has a 160x200 cm double bed (made up of two single beds), a full-length mirror, and an extra single bed. One of the two bedrooms has a balcony with patio furniture, offering a beautiful view of the cottage’s garden! On the second floor, you’ll also find two more bedrooms laid out in the same way, each with a bathroom featuring a separate toilet, a double bed, and an extra single bed. Outside, you can enjoy a lovely terrace with patio furniture, as well as a beautiful garden area with lounge chairs to soak up the Hérault sunshine, plus a second wooden table and a ping-pong table for lively games, all in the peace and tranquility of the surroundings! Electricity and heating oil are charged at the current rates as an additional fee.
