Our condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, as well as a private 50-foot balcony for your exclusive use. Located in a residential building in a quiet street, but only a short walk to the best of the city's attractions like the Cathedral Quarter, the Golden Mile, the famous Crown Liquor Saloon, and dozens of first-class bars and restaurants. Completely refurbished in 2021, and updated with new appliances and furniture, it is the perfect getaway spot.
Need to work while you are here? Then you can set up in two different places: at the dining table, part of a large, open-plan room, while there is also a desk in the second bedroom. The internet is fast, with our wi-fi the quickest available in Belfast. There are two bedrooms, both of which feature in-built wardrobes. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a private hallway into the room. The second bedroom contains a daybed which converts either into a single bed, or it has a trundle section that can be pulled out to make a double bed.
The city centre is one of the most walkable cities in Europe, with all the sights and attractions within easy walking distance. Should you want to venture further afield, there is a taxi rank opposite the Crown. If you have a car, street parking and multi-story car parks are plentiful, although of course you have to pay for those. On-street parking however is free before 8am, after 6pm, and all day Sunday.
Other things to note
This apartment is situated in a residential building, and although we want you to enjoy your stay, we must respect our neighbours. Only those listed on the booking are allowed to enter the property (maximum four), no guests may be invited back, and loud noise and parties are forbidden. The complex is monitored 24 hours with a host of security cameras, and if any rules are broken, you will be required to leave the property immediately with no refund.

We enjoyed our stay. Good location. It was quite warm in Belfast when we were there so we kept windows open. Would have loved to have blinds in living area. Owner left great information in email and on table in kitchen. Thank you.
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Host is very helpful and went the extra mile to accommodate. Location is perfect . Can't get much more central. Readily available parking and a quiet condo block comprising mostly families and young professionals. Apartment was clean , tidy and modern. Will definitely be staying here again. 5 * plus.
