Préjean - LEON - Gîte
Welcome to Léon, a small village nestled between the ocean and the forest on the Landes coast. We offer a nature getaway for two or four in a small, functional house, surrounded by a natural setting offering peace and quiet. For your vacation, Moliets beach is just 5 km away. Lake Léon awaits you 800 m away, offering all its summer water sports activities. Not to mention the Courant d'Huchet Nature Reserve, an unusual and magical stopover not to be missed! You will also find all the shops in the center of the vibrant village of Léon. This cottage is a detached house, located next to the family market garden. The exterior features a large wooded garden. The private terrace offers views of the trees. It includes a table, chairs, and garden furniture. A barbecue is also available. A gate closes access to the property. Inside, the cottage offers: - a living room with a sitting area (fiberglass Wi-Fi), a relaxation area with a sofa bed that can accommodate two children under 12 years old - an open kitchen with an electric stove (ceramic hob and electric oven), a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, an extractor hood, and a washing machine - a bedroom with a double bed - a bathroom with a shower and toilet The rate includes water, electricity, and heating charges. Linens and an end-of-stay cleaning service are optional. A small house ideal for a stay for 2 or 4 people on the Landes coast, 5km from the beaches
