This house is peaceful and relaxing right of the edge of the Little Red River, Fish off dock, bring your kayak or boat and float the river. relax on decks watch the fisherman or geese float by. Play pool, corn hole, ping pong or board games. Dam Site Marina is only 4.1 miles from the house. 15 min from Wal-Mart and several Restaurant's. 1.8 mile to Swinging Bridge boat ramp or wade area. 55 miles from Little Rock airport. Everything we hoped for

Perfect getaway for my 92 year old mother in law. She fished everyday and caught her limit! House has everything you could ask for and well stocked. The man cave definitely came in handy! Location is close to everything. Tenna was awesome as well! Will do it again!

Love this Little Red River stay

We loved our vacation and loved this property! The amenities were amazing! The beds were so comfortable, bath towels were so soft and absorbent, beautiful location. It was very enjoyable!!

Fishing Trip

We had our annual family fishing trip and stayed at this property. We loved the house accommodated us all very well. Access to dock is hard for elder people but overall great place. Very roomy!! Thanks for letting us stay at you property.

Great house on the river with lots of games for kids

We stayed here for an extended family gathering with 5 kids from 4-10. They all had a blast playing all the games together. House was clean and well stocked and we will stay again.

River Bend House

We absolutely enjoyed every bit of our stay! We had the perfect number of beds and the garage/bar area was perfect for the evenings! The deck and dock were also the perfect areas to gather and enjoy one another!!! This was the cleanest VRBO I have been in! Thank you for sharing your house with use!!

Excellent home for all ages. Thank You Tenna for the added touches for our graduate. Decorations and smores were appreciated. Just needed a scrubber for the skillet I fixed eggs in. We hope to come back!!

Wonderful Little Red River Home

We decided to have a family get together in Heber Springs. We needed a large house with 5+ bedrooms. We found our perfect place. This house had everything that we could possibly need in the kitchen, large seating area with multiple recliners and sofas, a large table and comfortable beds. Felt very at home. The view looking at the river was great. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The fishing dock was big enough for our group and we had excellent Rainbow Trout fishing catching limits. The location is perfect. A short drive to town, shopping and restaurants. Would recommend and we are thinking about coming back very soon.

Family trout outing on the Little Red River

Our entire family of 15 near adults and older had a great outing with this property as our base. It easily accommodated our large group. The deck overlooking the dock and river was a favorite gathering place. We were able to kayak and fish from the dock without difficulty and caught several fish in the area. Decent wifi and streaming TV for the area. My city kids were put off by the restrictions on flushing toilet paper. Seemed a little third worldly. Our over all experience was excellent and we are already looking forward to returning to the area for another enjoyable long weekend. The hostess made sure our experience was enjoyable. The guides from Red River Trout Resort were experienced and knowledgeable providing us with all we could ask for in a fishing weekend.

Perfect for our Family

Beautiful view of river from every window in the back of the house. This home was so cozy and tranquil with plenty of space and beds for our big family Christmas gathering! Home was very clean. Property owner was attentive to us with decorations for Christmas and a sweet gift for our grandchildren to enjoy upon arrival. Every room in the house had plenty of amenities from the kitchen, laundry to play areas for both teenagers with the two gaming areas and young children toy area. Huge comfortable couch and chairs, lots of table space and seating, big tv, you name it. We really enjoyed the sunroom overlooking the river for our morning coffee. Although, we did not use as it was so cold outside but I could see us fishing off the large dock in the spring and summer. Very large driveway where we were easily able to park multiple vehicles. If you are coming to this area, this is a great place to stay!

5 Star Family Weekend

We had a great time! The house had great accommodations for multi-families. The kids (6y-14y) never once complained of boredom. Hot Water! We typically fall into locations unable to accommodate bath time but we were thrilled to have hot water for all. Full kitchen so we could cook large meals. Lots of space for everyone to have a relaxing time and comfortable sleep. Game tables, boardgames and movies for pleasure. The dock was great for fishing. The river was up our entire trip but we were able to get a handful of good trout. It was great to just have all the kids spending the time on the water. The stairs down to the river are GREAT! As regular red river goers we have seen some doozies. The stairs here are super sturdy and safe for littles and elderly! Making it truly enjoyable for all. Only 15 minutes from town. We will be coming back for another stay at this diamond on the river. Thanks for hosting a memorable weekend!

Needs updating and has leak/flood issues

We had a good time with family on this trip for my sons graduation. We rented Friday-Sunday. The homeowners informed me before we got there that the trash had not been taken out so we would need to walk it down to the road. Not a problem we did that. Saturday evening a big storm came in and it rained like crazy. My nieces were playing in the game room and one of them fell in a huge puddle of water. We checked everything out and the room was flooding. We got towels to try and get some of the water up. I took videos and pictures to let the owners know about this because the bricks were falling apart and there was mold around the bottom of the bricks/floor. It was an obvious issue that had been there for a while. Sunday morning when we were packing up my mom and I noticed in the masterbath water coming up from the floor when you stepped on it. I made notes of all of this because I’m pretty detailed about things. I messaged the owners when we were leaving to let them know we had taken all the trash to the road because there was no room in the can since it hasn’t been emptied upon our arrival. I also informed her of the leak/flood we had found. She told me she had just painted that room and cleaned the brick to lighten the room up and she did not notice any mold or anything. It was black around the brick so I’m not sure how you could miss this. My intentions were to let her know so they could get things fixed for the next renter. She told me she would be there Wednesday to look at it. I received a message from her saying she saw what I was talking about and would have to get it fixed. She also told me she had a handyman look at the floor in the masterbath and couldn’t find a problem. She stated there was water on top of cabinet and inside cabinet and towels were wet. She then proceeded to tell me someone must have turned the jets on in the bathtub and that was the problem. She told me sorry but she was going to have to file an insurance claim. I told her that was not my problem, the jets were never turned on. I did my part informing her of issues we saw during and after the storm. I have never had an issue renting on VRBO. I would not recommend staying here because of safety issues. Hopefully the owner takes the pictures and videos I texted her and will have someone fix these issues but I do not recommend renting this home in the current state that it is in.

Little Red River

What a great place for our families to gather. Large home with lots of room for multiple families to spread out and enjoy. Large playroom areas include a ping pong table, pool table, and air hockey table. Home is dated, and has been added onto many times, but the appliances in the kitchen were updated, and very nice, and the kitchen is well equipped. Beds are all comfy, and the dock is really nice. You could bring your own Jon boat to use there. We all enjoyed the fishing, even though no fish were caught. It was a very nice place to stay, and we hope to return someday soon.

Great for large groups

We had a group of 11 and this property was great - plenty of room in common areas for all of us to be together but also enough room to spread out and enjoy some privacy. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the game room - which also included foosball and air hockey. I was worried upstairs would be hot - but the whole house was very well cooled - which is really important for AR august heat. Being on the river was perfect! We enjoyed our stay very much. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

The hosts were great. Very good communication. The house was clean and very spacious. We did a guided fishing trip with through their son’s outfitter Fin and Feather. Great experience fishing too.
