Making new friends has always caught my attention as it is the best way to get to know and learn from different cultures. It is so much that this was one of the main reasons why I decided to offer this apartment for short-term rent and not traditional rent.

Why they chose this property

The reason I believe that this property is a great place for guests is because it has many great attributes that I'm about to share.
The size: it is a well distributed 112 square meters (1200 sq.ft) comfortable for bigger groups.
Decoration: This beautiful condo is furnished & decorated with modern items.
Rooms: The living room and kitchen are fully equipped with everything that the guests need . All rooms have air conditioning and a 32-inch smart TVs. The condo offers a 55-inch Smart LED TVs in the living room for the guests to enjoy some family time. The condo also has 2 full bathrooms in which one has a jetted tub.
Appliances: Brand-new washing & drying-machine, professional steam iron , water heater and more…
Location: around 7 minutes from the airport, 2 minutes from (HOMS) and only 5 minutes from downtown Santiago and its historical Monument.

What makes this property unique

The condominium is located in a complex of only 12 apartments which gives it maximum tranquility. You will think that nobody else is staying in the complex. The parking lot is gated which gives you more security.
