Inside, you’ll find a spacious floor plan with quality furnishings and stylish accents. An office located in the cupola creates a sunlit home workspace.

LIVING AREA

The living area is furnished with a sleeper sofa and an armchair. Stream new Netflix releases on the flat-screen TV with Roku.

An abundance of windows deliver warm Texas sunshine to the cupola area. You’ll also find ample desk space.

KITCHEN & DINING

Home chefs will be delighted to find granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Perch with drinks at the kitchen bar for two as dinner simmers.

Share home-cooked meals around the table for four in the dining area.

BED & BATH

This three-story home sleeps six guests between two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV. Spa-like features of the en-suite bathroom include a double vanity, a deep bathtub, and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is detached from the main house with a separate entrance and includes a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

A half bath provides additional convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Gather on the spacious deck to admire the scenery at any time. Four Adirondack chairs set the scene for morning coffee or evening cocktails. At night, light the built-in LED lights for extra allure.

Under the carport, you’ll find a gas grill and convenient storage spaces for fishing gear and beach supplies. The grassy yard offers space for outdoor games.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Parking is available for three cars under the carport. Street parking is not permitted.

Access to the front door is via a flight of exterior stairs.

THE LOCATION

Stroll 3 minutes from your door to Water Street to cast a line in the Gulf or simply admire the sunset. When you’re ready for a beach day, it’s just 1 mile to Rockport Beach.

Walk 10 minutes to downtown to find local eateries and unique shops. Other local attractions include the Maritime Museum and The Aquarium at Rockport Harbor, each of which is 1 mile.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
