Villa Lona lies in a quiet solitary position and offers a splendid view at the Ionean Sea only 3 km away. The light-flooded, modern house was built in 2011 and is well suited for all seasons. There are 3 separate bedrooms, all on ground level. From the paved terrace around the house, offering plenty of shadowy space for eating and relaxing, a stair case leads up to the big roof top terrace, from where you have an amazing 180 degree view over the whole area.. The Villa is equipped with all amenities, including SAT-TV and free WiFi. In summer the air condition cools down the villa pleasantly, in winter the cosy and powerful pellet stove gets the heat up. The huge garden with over 30 olive trees, palm trees, young fruit trees, cactuses and roses is completely fenced and there are 2 outdoor showers with hot and cold water. A nature reserve with typical mediterranean macchhia starts directly behind the house. you can enjoy peace and serenity even in high season.

Sehr nette Begrüßung durch Frau Nisi bei der Anreise. Spricht perfekt deutsch, hat uns alles zur Umgebung erzählt. Auch schon vorab durch die Besitzerin vieles erleichtert

Tiefenentspannt im Salento!

Buongiorno! Ich habe zusammen mit einer Freundin eine traumhafte Woche in der Villa Lona verbracht: was das Inserat versprach war nicht nur tatsächlich so, sondern wurde noch positiv übertroffen ( z.B. der Garten, in dem viel getan wird, Schatten spendender Baum). Zustand topp! Empfang vor Ort sehr freundlich und engagiert. Der Mai ist eine sehr empfelenswerte Reisezeit - alles ist grün und bunt in der Natur. Ruhe und Stille der Vorsaison - wunderbar. Alle Orte und Städtchen ringsum sind empfehlenswert (allen voran Gallipoli, Manduria, Alberobello...) Mit der gelben Mappe im Haus ( Instruktionen, Tipps etc) haben sich die Besitzer viel Mühe gemacht - da steht eigentlich alles d´rin, was man & frau für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht! Meerblick und Sternenhimmel inklusive

Wir waren das erste Mal in Apulien und haben ein ganz neues Italien kennengelernt. Nicht nur das lokale Essen war eine Offenbarung, sondern auch kulturelle Highlights wie Ostuni, Alberobello, Lecce und das benachbarte Maruggio. Das Haus ist wunderbar mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet und wir genossen sehr das Frühstück mit Meerblick und oftmals auch die klare Sicht von der oberen Terrasse auf die Küste Kalabriens im Sonnenuntergang. Wir freuen uns bald wieder in der Villa Lona Gäste sein zu dürfen und sind gespannt, wie sich das große Grundstück mit neuer Bepflanzung bis dahin entwickelt hat. Lieber Michael, Joe und León, Es freut uns sehr, dass der Aufenthalt so gut gefallen hat! Die Begrünung ist schon im vollem Gang; der komplette Zaun hinter dem Haus ist nun mit schönen Macchia Sträuchern bepflanzt, und auch an anderen Stellen sind neue Pflanzen hinzugekommen. Dieses Jahr können zudem schon die ersten Oliven geerntet werden, und auch der Zitronenbaum trägt seine ersten Früchte. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch. Liebe Grüße von Bente & Thomas Boekhoff

Wunderbare erholsame Tage

Ich bin im letzten Winter spontan in die Villa Lona gekommen, um dem Winter in Deutschland für ein paar Tage zu entfliehen. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt extrem genossen. Besonders begeistert hat mich der wunderbare Rundum-Meerblick von der Terrasse aus, die ruhige, idyllische direkte Umgebung des Hauses, die schönen Strände dort und das phantastische Essen. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gemütlich und gepflegt eingerichtet. Die einzigartige Lage und das große Grundstück haben mir das Gefühl von Freiheit und Weite vermittelt und gleichzeitig sehr viel Ruhe und Erholung geschenkt.Sehr zu empfehlen! Würde jederzeit wieder dort hinfahren.
