Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

A brand-new game room has been added to Bedroom 3! This space now features a Pac-Man arcade console along with a wide selection of board games, making it the perfect setup for family game nights and friendly competition.

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa is an end unit located in the quiet Queens Grant neighborhood in the world-class Palmetto Dunes Resort. As you enter, you are met with a fully-stocked kitchen to your right that conveniently flows into the great room of the house, consisting of the formal dining table and living area. This space is beautifully lit up with natural sunlight that shines through the huge glass sliding doors. Out these doors, you will find a spacious back deck that offers a tranquil landscape view.

The first bedroom is on the first level and features a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and ensuite master bathroom. Upstairs, you will find the other bedrooms. The second bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and shares access to the jack-and-jill bathroom with the third bedroom. The third bedroom features a bunk bed consisting of a twin over a full and a twin-sized trundle bed. The Jack and Jill bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

This villa is only minutes from the community pool and a 7- to 10-mminute walk from the beautiful sandy beaches. The world-famous Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort is a 2000-acre community that stretches from the 3 miles of white sandy beaches through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis and pickleball courts. There is also a convenient bikeway/walkway under William Hilton Parkway that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina and Towne Center, which feature a plethora of world-class shops and restaurants.

Great Post Holiday Getaway

We have always enjoyed our time in Palmetto Dunes. Our family had a great experience at this home - perfect for a family of four, plenty of space. The management company Island Time was very responsive if we needed anything.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit did not live up to expectations. Several major issues. shower did not have a grab bar for safety. Sliding door very heavy and difficult to use. Drain apparently is partially plugged, water did not drain nearly as well as it should have. Unit was cold all the time no matter how high the temperature was adjusted. Management gave us a space heater, but it was on a timer so you had to keep turning it on time after time. Bed in master suite was very comfortable, but way too high for my wife to access. Management gave us a small stepstool, which helped somewhat but every day it was still a struggle. I don’t know how a bed this high could be good for anyone. Carpentry repairs to the unit are very amateurish. The floor, which looks relatively new was damaged in many places. The outside deck probably would be lovely in the heat of the summer but this time of year there wasn’t one ray of sunshine at any time of the day to be enjoyed. Live TV remote didn’t work and streaming is a complete pain in the *** for a senior. Not user-friendly at all. The yes, no question at the end of the review cannot be easily answered because for a younger couple or someone without a disability might be just fine.

Mini Vacation

We really enjoy coming to Hilton Head each year. We love staying in Palmetto Dunes and especially in Queens Grant as it is convenient to all of the things we like to do. The place we stayed this time was really nice, spacious and met all of our needs. We hope we can stay there again.

Nice property

The property was very spacious and clean. Is a 12-15 min walk to the beach or 2 min drive (plenty of space to park close to the beach). Very easy to check in and out and great communication with the property manager. A lot of shopping store close by and restaurants.

Great Location at Palmetto Dunes

We really enjoyed our stay at 591 Queens Grant in Palmetto Dunes. Everything in the condo was updated and clean. We had all the comforts of home and the outdoor patio was a nice relaxation spot. We loved the master on main and the kids (teens) had the upstairs to themselves. The management company, Island Time, really made the stay complete by answering questions and helping us with any need. The property is just a short bike ride or walk to the beach and very close to the property entrance. We spent our days relaxing at the beach and it was perfect!

Great space

The home provided good space for our family and In-laws, we enjoyed using the credit from renting the house towards a dolphin cruise and renting bikes. Our kids loved riding bikes everyday to the beach and in the area. Several pools on property to chose from, convenient location. The check in process was confusing, due to management company not being on the same property and we had to pay for a parking pass for our 2nd car. But overall great experience.

Great place, great experience

Prompt responses and communication from property managers. Residence was organized and had some fun games for the kids. We have kids ranging from 10-2. They loved the bunk beds and decor was not a bunch of glass stuff (which we appreciated). Picking nits, but the only negative feedback was that there was significant dust on the glassware that was on an open shelf and on the fridge. We cleaned it easy enough, but something to look at. I also had to clean out the hair trap in the master shower because it wasn’t draining properly. Great experience! We’re close to booking again. Highly recommend. Thanks!

Lost of wasted time waiting on service issues.

To start we had an issue with the linear drain in the shower it was clogged and we had to remove it and clean it so that the water would drain. If the shower was cleaned you would know that it needed to have been cleaned. The next morning we picked up our grocery order and went to put it in the fridge and water ran out from the bottom shelf all over the floor. We called for assistance with the refrigerator and waited for the service guy he said it was fiixed. So we went out for dinner and did a little shopping came back to find our freezer defrosting and the ice cream was liquid. We had called about the trash and still no one came to pick up what was left from the last tenant. Mounds of trash in the garbage area right outside the door. We called again about the trash and the refrigerator this time we were told it was too late they would bring us some ice to put in the refrigerator???? Then when the repair person came she said it was in need of repairs that required it going to her shop. They brought us a loaner fridge another day wasted. Two days later they call and say a new fridge is coming on Friday we’ll on Thursday they come to pick up the loaner fridge. So what are we suppose to do without a fridge pack it in ice???? They left the loaner after we argued for awhile. Then they brought the new fridge then the next day they picked up the loaner. Lots of wasted time on a dead refrigerator. Needless to say we were not impressed with island time.

The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials. The beach in walking/biking distance was great! One thing that would have been helpful would be how to access the beach for someone who has never been to Hilton Head, as well some maps of the local area. It was also not clear in the listing that there is charge for the use of the tennis/pickle ball courts.
