The apartment on the ground floor (35m ²) is colorful and modern. The combined living / bedroom has a double bed, a sofa bed for a third person, wardrobe and TV. In the separate kitchen is a dining table for 2 persons available The comfortable equipment is complemented by a bathroom with shower / WC.  The Hofgarten has a seating area and a smoking area. Number of rooms: 1 combined living / sleeping room with kitchen Remarks: Bread service bookable

Welcome dear guests. Our well-maintained apartments for 2 or 3 people are located in a convenient location in the northern district of Ilversgehofen. There are only 3 km to the City and there is for you easy parking in front of the house. We can bring in the morning fresh bread. In the courtyard garden is a nice seating area with smoking area available. Pets are not allowed. Arrival from 15:00 clock, by appointment earlier possible.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

"Kleine" Perle in Erfurt :)

Zwischen Zoopark und Altstadt gelegen, beides direkt mit der Stadtbahn, 2 Minuten Gehweg entfernt, zu erreichen. Auch REWE und Bäcker direkt vor Ort. Die Ferienwohnung hatte Alles, was man braucht, bis auf Backofen, welchen wir aber auch nicht benötigten. Es gibt einen 2-Plattenherd, optimal für morgens Rühreier. Das Bett war sehr bequem und es war alles pikobello sauber. Es sind Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden. Es gibt einen Hinterhof, eine kleine Ecke für Gäste, die wir geliebt haben. Dort haben wir morgens gefrühstückt und den Abend ausklingen lassen. Einfach nur ein fantastischer Urlaub und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder:)) Abends einedenderdendpikobbBett istbequem

Schöne Wohnung liegt im Norden von Erfurt, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen.

Gemütliche, sehr saubere Fewo. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ein schöner Sitzbereich im gepflegten Innenhof. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Hätte es ein Problem gegeben, es wäre sicherlich im Nu behoben worden.

Eine kleine Wohnung, die alles hat, was man so braucht. Das Highlight für mich war das riesige Bett, welches sehr bequem war und in dem ich super schlafen könnte!
