Charming house ideally located in the Aisne on the edge of the Villers-Cotterêts forest, 1 hour from Paris, 45 minutes from CDG, 15 minutes from Villers Cotterêts, 20 minutes from Pierrefonds, completely renovated. Surrounded by a large 5000 m² garden, you will be charmed by its spaciousness and layout, making it a welcoming place to live (table football, table tennis, billiards, fitness room, hiking). Small enclosed house: 3 bedrooms for 6 people. Large enclosed house: 6 bedrooms for 14 people. All bedrooms are equipped with a double bed or a single bed upon request. This unique gîte is ideally located in the Aisne region, in the heart of a small village of 110 inhabitants. A charming house, Clos de l'église has been completely renovated! This former farmhouse, which has remained in the same family for several generations, captivated us with its authenticity. We therefore decided to give it a new lease of life and renovate it from A to Z (insulation, bringing it up to standard, redesign…) PGJyPg PGJyPg From the moment you arrive, you will be captivated by its size and layout which make it a welcoming and warm living space where you can gather your family around a large convivial table and in cosy or more playful spaces. It opens naturally onto the garden and terrace. This place is also perfect for sharing more playful moments (TV, library, comfortable sofas, fireplace, games for children, foosball, billiards, ping pong, fitness room, hiking, cultural visits...). Designed like a family home, you will feel right at home in this place dedicated to you. - Le Petit Clos de l'Eglise with its 3 bedrooms for 6 people - Le Grand Clos de l'Eglise with its 6 bedrooms for 14 people. All our rooms are equipped with double beds (160x190 cm) or single beds (80x190 cm). They are adaptable according to your request (single or double beds). The rooms are prepared for your arrival with 1 bath towel per person. The gîte can accommodate people with mobility difficulties, with 1 shower room and 1 ground-floor bedroom (please contact us in this case). Electric heating via radiators in each room, supplemented by a fireplace in the living room and a wood-burning stove in the kitchen (wood provided). Keen to accommodate families with toddlers, the gîte provides all the necessary equipment (baby cots, high chairs). The large and small enclosures each have their own fully fitted and equipped modern open-plan kitchen and are connected via an external staircase. At your disposal: Dishes/glasses/cutlery (sufficient quantity), kitchen utensils, 2 raclette grills, dishwasher (and tablets), induction hob with oven and microwave, fridge/freezer, pod coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle, toaster, barbecue, washing machine (and detergent), tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, smart TV, WIFI, linen (tea towels - bath towels - sheets - toilet paper).
