About this property

Huge House of Fun in CDA, close to everything!

Perfect spot to host a large gathering. Board Games, Yard Games, Video Games, and a Movie Room! 6 bedrooms with 5 Queen Beds and 6 Twin Beds. You will never run out of fun activities while staying at this house. We constantly refresh the board games and yard games. Large yard with Corn hole, fire pit, BBQ, and more! Your hosts are only minutes away if you need anything or have questions. High-speed Wi-Fi, Netflix, and 2 vintage arcade games are provided. Hablo español.

The thing you will love about this home is that there are so many living areas. The house can feel private enough, even with a large group. There is a swing set in the backyard which you can use.



Guests are required to wash all used dishes when checking out. If dishes are left dirty we charge $50 for dish service.

Trash cans are provided all over the property, if trash is left outside the trash cans we will add a $50 clean-up charge.


PETS:
We love pets, but if you bring a pet into the house for any part of the trip, you must pay our very affordable pet fee, otherwise, you will be billed 2x the normal pet fee.

Dog waste bags are provided, if pet waste is found in the yard, we charge an extra $50 for pet waste clean-up.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We had a wonderful weekend stay while visiting Silverwood! The home was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our group to relax after a fun day at the park. While the décor is a bit dated, everything was clean and well-kept, and we had everything we needed for an enjoyable getaway. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay! The house had plenty of room for our family of 14. Lots to do close by and at the house. A couple things in the listing were missing from the house but we messaged the owner and he brought them the next day.

Lots of room. Looks like a smaller home when you pull up but the house keeps going once you are in it. We had 14 adults and have plenty of room for everyone. Zero issues! Corn Hole, soccer balls and net was a huge plus for yard games! We brought our own camper chairs for outside and it worked out great!

Large house with great backyard and large deck. Plenty of space inside and out. We enjoyed great weather for our weekend stay and took advantage of the outdoor space. Host Greg was nice to work with.

The house had plenty of space for 10 of us. We used Almost every bed. We love the spacious couch and TV in the basement. We also enjoyed the board games and the upside games. Big house and great location.

Great place for large gathering!

We had 15 family members ranging in age from 7-Senior Citizen staying at the house. There was plenty of room and it accommodated everyone well. Enough space for teens to have privacy, and for the parents to be able to keep an eye on the younger ones. The large backyard with swing set and soccer balls/nets was a huge bonus!

I designed this property to be the best location in all of North Idaho to hang out with a large group and relax, bbq, play games, watch some movies, or just have a launch pad for a group of 16 to enjoy all that CDA has to offer.
