This home is in Perdido Bay Golf and Country Club neighborhood, one street over from Perdido bay; near Perdido Key and Johnson’s Beach; close to NAS Pensacola (Home of the world famous Blue Angels!) a short drive to Pensacola Beach and in the opposite direction just six miles from the famous Flora-Bama voted many times as the best beach bar in America and a place you just might bump into someone famous!
Traveling in your RV or with your boat...no worries plenty of parking at house for the toys with 3 close boat ramps to choose from along with world class fishing and an abundance of sandbars and keys to hang out on. Perdido Key and Orange Beach have dolphin cruises, deep sea fishing, pontoon rentals, and more.
Shopping includes Publix, Winn Dixie, Target, Walmart, and wide variety of restaurants are close by to satisfy all of your cravings including Sunset Grill, the Oyster Bar, Hub Stacy's at the Point, Fishermans Corner, The Crab Shack, Jacos and more are close by. Orange Beach, AL is 20 minutes away with plenty of shopping and eateries to enjoy. Whether getting completely away from your worries or just changing scenery while WORKING REMOTELY, you cannot go wrong! This home comfortably sleeps up to six adults, with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, large kitchen, living room, formal dining room, breakfast nook, and activity room. You will love coming home after a day at the beach or an afternoon of boating. Everything you need is within a few short miles of the house including beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. You will NOT find a more convenient getaway.

We had an amazing time. This property was clean and everything was just as stated. The location was great. Only thing missing was a wash cloth for the kitchen dishes. We would stay here again for sure.

My husband and I are both from the area and still live in the neighborhood. We love Perdido Key and Orange Beach. I am a nurse practitioner and my husband is an Air Force retired veteran. We have enjoyed this home and are eager for you to enjoy it during your vacation or work-cation.

Why they chose this property

This private home is located in a quit and established neighborhood one street over from the Bay and within walking distance to watch the sunset. It is also less than an 8 minute drive to Johnson's Beach or Perdido Key Beaches.

What makes this property unique

Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms (sleeps 8). Master bedroom has king bed, 2 guest bedrooms with queen beds, office has a sofa trundle bed that makes 2 twin beds (house sleeps 8)
Private backyard with fence. Located close to beaches and boat ramps. Enough space for you to bring your boat or RV.
