The Oak House at the Rez is in the Heart of the Ross Barnett Reservoir area. It has easy access to private boating dock on the street, walking trails, parks and restaurants. It is located in a quiet neighborhood just off Spillway Rd. It is close to Hwy 25 easily accessible to shopping in Dogwood Shopping mall in Flowood. It is a short drive to the new Brandon Amphitheater featuring many exciting concerts. There is a 50” smart TV in the living area with Fire TV , access to YoutubeTV, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon. All bedrooms have 43” Fire TV’s with access to YoutubeTV, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon. There is a bonus room with TV projector 150 inch screen. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need to enjoy a dinner at home. The large private patio area has chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or in the afternoon relaxing with a glass of wine. The yard is fenced in with a beautiful wooded lot.
