Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out details located on fridge. No Subleasing. No changing locks/door codes. No moving/rearranging furniture. Set A/C at 75 in the summer. Set heat at 69 in the winter. A/C Fan should be on AUTO
All trash has to be removed at check out. Fridge has to be emptied from items you put in it. If any items used for the outdoor amenities has to replaced in bin.
All dishes have to be washed if used before checking. out. Any excessive cleaning will result in a $30 charge after check out per hour. Can not remove or cover ring doorbell.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Nice place for families

This condo was perfect for our family of 4, clean and cozy. Loved that it was just a short walk across the street to the beach. My youngest loved hunting for crabs at night. We enjoyed our stay here.

Amazing and peaceful

The condo was clean with amazing service from Tiffany. The pool is nice and the beach access it straight across the street. I have found my new place to stay for my next trip. The complex is quiet and relaxing. The front porch was amazing for sitting and enjoying the peacefulness. The people surrounding us were amazing. Made friends immediately. Highly recommend staying here.

The perfect condo for family of 4!

This condo was amazing and everything the description said it was. The pictures were exactly how it looked. Entering the condo, it smelled so good! Everything was clean and relaxing. It was everything our family of four needed for a vacation. We cooked and everything worked perfect. The owner was so very nice and responds quickly! The cable and wifi was a plus. The location is perfect and close to alot of things. We only traveled 3 miles from the condo each time leaving. We will be returning next year for our yearly vacation with our kids!

Property is right across the street from the beach. Not able to see the beach but that is what makes it affordable. If you want a beach view I suggest you get a condo/hotel/house on the beach and you better be ready to pay for it. Condo was very nice. Has nice/comfortable king size bed with 2 twin bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. Would be perfect for a family with 1-3 kids. Kitchen is perfect for cooking meals which is really nice. We went to grocery store and bought all the food we thought we might need for the 4 nights/5 days that we were there and saved a lot of money by not eating out all the time. Nice swimming pool but the water had not had enough time to warm up yet since we went the 1st of April. Only negative was we went when spring break was still going on but the has nothing to with the property itself.

Great condo near the beach

We loved our stay. The condo was cute and clean and well stocked. The condo is as close as you can get to the beach without being beachside. It was a short and easy walk and Taylor had beach chairs available. Taylor was also very attentive to all our needs during our stay.
