Really nice stay

Property was just how it was on Vrbo and Hauke was a brilliant host! If ever in Dortmund again, I would stay here without a doubt!

Beautiful Place in Dortmund

We stayed for a night with Julia and Hauke and it was fantastic! The apartment was extremely spacious and very nice. Julia was extremely helpful with everything we needed!

Wonderful property and gracious hosts.

The property was just as advertised. Plenty of room for all of your belongings. Very nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors. All the amenities that you could want for a stay. Julia and Hauke we're very friendly and accommodating.

Home away from home

Amazing home away from home! Tastefully decorated. Supplied with everything you could want or need. Quiet neighborhood. Patio a great bonus Hosts very genial and attentive I would recommend this home to anyone

Eine super schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Es fehlt an nichts und man hat einen super Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist ruhig und man ist trotzdem schnell in der Stadt. Super für unsere Belange Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder

Kleine Auszeit…. wie der Name schon sagt.

Sehr schön eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Sehr nette Vermieter. Bäcker, Edeka, Kiosk sind in direkter Nähe. Die U- und S Bahn ist mit kurzem Fußweg erreichbar. Ein paar Haltestellen weiter und schon ist man im Stadtzentrum oder beim Stadion/Westphalenhallen.

Unseren erneuten Aufenthalt in der Kleinen Auszeit fanden wir sehr erholsam und stressfrei. Die Wohnung ist sehr einladend und gemütlich eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet, so dass wir uns hier sofort wieder zurechtgefunden haben. Zudem liegt die Wohnung in ruhiger Wohngegend, aber dennoch zentral.Der Kontakt war absolut freundlich und völlig unkompliziert.

Schön eingerichtete kleine Wohnung. Sehr ruhig und idealer Ausgangspunkt für „Visiting Dortmund“ oder als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren in der Region- Kanäle, Ruhrtalradweg etc.

Sehr schöne FeWo mit Liebe zum Detail

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Der Check in erfolgte über den Schlüsseltresor. Die Kommunikation war sehr nett. Parken durften wir direkt vor dem Haus. Im Haus war es sehr sauber und gemütlich. Genügend Handtücher sowie viele nette Details in der Wohnung waren vorhanden. Unsere Tochter fand die Spielzeugschublade sehr toll :) Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, es war ruhig und die Fenster können komplett verdunkelt werden. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und noch viel mehr :) Die Terrasse ist natürlich auch nochmal ein Highlight. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Angenehme Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist relativ grün, (bis auf kleine Ausnahmen) ruhig und geräumig mit Terrasse. Der Geruch aus dem Abflussrohr wird sicherlich beseitigt, denn der Vermieter kümmert sich gut um die Wohnung. Parken nicht ganz einfach, aber in der Nähe möglich. Das Zentrum ist per Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Das Fahrrad muss man allerdings mitbringen.
