Great property in close proximity to the French Quarter and the downtown core of NOLA. Very clean, lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Kayla was such a pleasure to work with and always quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.
The house is nice and is pretty much exactly how it is represented on online listing. It is close to streetcar stop on Canal Street. However, the neighborhood it is located in seems sketchy. We live in the country and aren’t used to seeing this stuff, so it was very eye opening to stay here. Just wanted to let others know about the neighborhood it is in.
This little house is an amazing place! Very clean, organized and only a block from the street car to downtown! We had so much fun! Highly recommend anyone to stay here.
Amazing property and attentive “property managers”!
We (my mom and 2 teenage kids) did a road trip to New Orleans. First of all, I am going to be honest, the neighborhood looked a little sketchy HOWEVER, we soon realized we were being paranoid and maybe a little ignorant. Everyone we encountered, was super friendly- typical southern neighborhood, everybody knows everybody, nobody is a stranger. The house is a block from the trolley which made checking out the sights super convenient. Kayla was out of town so Cam was in charge of being our host.😊 He was super friendly- told us to contact him any time. He was able to share a list Kayla created with restaurants to try- both a quick trolley ride away. We went to Katie’s and Neyow’s- both were out of this world! The property itself was clean and super cute. Beds were comfortable. Unlike some of the other properties we have stayed at, Kayla and Cam provide everything you need- toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent… They go above and beyond. I totally recommend staying here if you are ever in NOLA.
Kayla was great at
communicating everything we needed to know about our checkin, stay, and checkout.
The home is clean, comfortable and set up very nicely. Plenty of room for 4 adults. It was also very easy to locate. There's one small parking spot on the street directly in front of the home, but that seems to be the norm for New Orleans.
Although the streetcar is right around the corner, we drove to most places. We were amazed at how close we were to everything we set out to see. We also found some great neighborhood restaurants nearby that we would've missed if we had stayed in a hotel.
1.7 miles to the Fairgrounds. About that to the French Quarter or Frenchman's Street. A little over a block to Canal Street and the street car / bus options.
This property is beautiful and modern, comfortable beds, feel secure! Super convenient being 1 block from the street car stop! Kayla was very responsive and was there when we needed her. We would definitely stay here again when in NOLA
