In the heart of a village with shops and amenities on site (bakery 2 minutes walk away) LAKE super well laid out and shaded, large green space 10 minutes away for swimming and eating
Come and stay in this cosy and charming apartment on one level that can accommodate up to 4 people (including 2 people in extra bed).
You will appreciate the refined and sought-after decoration combining modernity, old materials and objects of yesteryear..... PUBLIC PARKING IN FRONT OF THE GITE......

You will have a living room with fully equipped kitchen open to a dining area and office allowing teleworking, a double bedroom (bed 160x200 cm) with television and relaxation area, a bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet). Two folding extra beds are available for the 3rd and 4th person (with supplement). The garden is not contiguous, access is through a gate where you will enjoy deckchairs, garden furniture, barbecue.
Free parking space just in front of the cottage. Possibility of covered and secure parking (for one vehicle / caravan, at the price of 10€ / day). All charges are included in the price of the stay (heating, electricity, wifi), beds made on arrival and towels and household linen provided.
To be paid on site to the owner: pet supplement (5e/day/pet), 2 extra beds (10 € / day / bed), cleaning 10e/day or week 50e
