Feb 10: Association of Waikiki Beach Tower 4th floor deck renovation through September 2025. During this period there will be some noise disruption from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Excluding Holidays.

Location, location, location!! Waikiki Beach is literally right across the street!! Spend your days bathing in the sun, playing in the sand and surf!! Or cruising on the large lanai of this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo relaxing and watching the waves roll in!!

Our condominium offers a world class ocean view, full-size kitchen, private lanai, and a washer & dryer in the condo. The bedding is convenient with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and full sofa sleeper in the living room.

Waikiki Beach Tower amenities include a swimming pool and jet spa, fitness room, and pool table to hang with friends. Or have a BBQ cookout and use the grills in the outside dining area.

You'll be in the heart of Waikiki and your island adventures await! You'll also be located within walking distance to the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, and tons of Waikiki shopping and dining options. Sit back, relax, and enjoy all that Waikiki Beach Tower has to offer and we know it will be a place where you and your family will want to return every year. See you soon!

ALI'I BEACH RENTALS INCLUDE:
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

Note on parking, we recommend smaller vehicle to fit the height of our designated parking space. If renting a large SUV, then will have to valet (complimentary) park with hotel and use their services.

CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

This was the perfect place for our family of five. I loved the location with the gorgeous view. The place was fully stocked. The air condition was fantastic and the check in process was too easy.

Perfect location

We stayed here for 6 days in December. Apartment is just as pictured and despite the main pool deck being closed for repairs throughout our stay (which we knew about prior), we definitely enjoyed our stay. Every amenity is right outside your door. Comfortable beds and full kitchen. Absolutely recommend!

The building is ideally situated just across the street from the beach and near the Duke statue, close to shopping and coffee, but at the quiet end of the beach. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

Pre-wedding visit

This is a perfect location and at 10 stories up has fabulous views. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well supplied and everything clean. The patio furniture cushions need revitalizing -that was a bit disappointing. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I came back to Waikiki. Great fitness center, nice swimming pool, hot tub and just a hop across the street is the beach with beautiful warm water close to shopping. This place has everything you need

Very nice accommodations

When we come to Hawaii, we usually stay with family, but we were not able to stay with them on this trip. We rented this condo because it was close to the venue for our mother's memorial service. We were very happy with the accommodations. The condo was comfortable for us and our two adult children. The apartment was clean, the location was great, and the view was amazing! The valet parking was really convenient and the attendants were very friendly and quick at bringing our car out. I would highly recommend this property.

Vacation in Hawaii

This was our first trip to Oahu and we had a wonderful time. It would have been nice to add touch of the island with 3 lei since we didnt get one at the airport. Just a suggestion for future visitors. They had them at the main hotel entrance, but since we booked through Vrbo, we werent eligible. It was a beautiful view and condo. thank you

Note that the streets are busy with autos and pedestrians being that it is in Waikiki something that we did not mind. The view of the beach (which was across the street) was awesome. The only recommendation I would offer is to update the sleeper sofa's mattress, though usable is slightly a bit worn.Otherwise, would definitely stay at this property again.

Almost perfect!!!

Location is awesome, views awesome, clean and spacious. All of our difficulties could be fixed by management, instructions say to get a key from the lock box, when in reality it was the elevator fob. Our biggest complaint is the back bedroom was freezing and the front bedroom was warm. No way to regulate that we saw. Would be nice if you would fix for future guests.

We loved the grill area (but you have to sign up for it and it is limited to 1 hour.)This unit is not really set up to cook. Very limited cookware! It has no mixing bowls, no pyrex cookware, and no serving bowls. Basically a three-piece pot set, two cookie sheets, 1 set of plastic measuring spoons, and 1 plastic measuring cup. There are also very limited plates and dishes.

Loved the view from the Lanai. Had a problem at the beginning. Went to location with the lockbox to get the fob for elevator access but lockbox was empty. Reached someone from Ali'i and after about 20 mins I was told to go to the property to get the fob from the condo. The valet let us up. I had to pay extra for cab fare because of the extra stop and extra time it took waiting for an answer about why the fob wasn't in the lockbox. If an extra stop is required, this should be revealed upfront when booking and the fob needs to be in the lockbox at that location. This was an inconvenient and annoying start to an otherwise enjoyable vacation.

Spring Break Family Vacation

We happened to be staying there during the Honolulu children’s festival, so from the balcony we had a front row seat to the parade and a spectacular firework show. The condo was conveniently located for our family, including our two college aged young adults. Easy process to get keys and check in and out of condo. Valet parking was a breeze when leaving or returning car, and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful (recommended a couple of cool restaurants to try). We used the grill and barbecue area one night, which made for a pleasant dining experience at the pool area (had the whole area to ourselves). We had an amazing vacation in Hawaii, and much of it was due to being conveniently located across from the beach and next to many great restaurants and shopping venues, AND also being less than an hour drive to some of the beautiful sites and fun activities (i.e., zip lining, etc.) on the island. For our family, a good part of the vacation experience is dependent upon where we stay including: the location (the convenience factor), the condition of the hotel/house/condo, the amenities offered, and value (what you get, for what you pay). Overall it was a great vacation rental experience and definitely would choose to stay at this condo again if or when we come back to the island of Hawaii.
