Very close to the shops and with a view of the bay of Lampaul, our house is fully equipped for 2 people. With a surface area of 50 m2, it will offer you cosy comfort.

**The house**
In the centre of the village with a view of the bay of Lampaul, our house accommodates 2 people. In a neat setting our house consists of:
- a ground floor with living room and newly equipped kitchen,
- a floor: a bedroom (double bed) with a view of the bay of Lampaul, bathroom and separate toilet,
- a cellar for your luggage.
- A semi-detached garden (but partially separate) opening onto the bay of Lampaul.
- A sunny courtyard sheltered from the prevailing winds.

Very close to the port of Lampaul, all the shops in the town and bike rental companies.

**Equipment**
Equipped kitchen: fridge, induction hob, air-fryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, complete crockery...
Heating and towel warmer.
And also: hi-fi system, tv, private wifi, books, records, sea fortunes, engravings...

Price per night for 2 people (3 nights minimum) or per week (7 nights) + 30 euros for homemade linen (sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, tea towels).

Exit cleaning is at your expense.

Q: Electricity, water, wifi, ... Are they included in the rental price?
R: The price per night includes all charges such as: water, electricity, wifi.

Q: Is the cleaning at the end of the day the tenants responsible?
R: The cleaning at the end is at your expense and we thank you for leaving the house as clean as when you arrived.
Q: Can we store the bikes?
R: You can store the bikes in the garden on the street side.

Q: Are the shops and restaurants far from the house?
R: The house is in the market town of Lampaul, shops, bars and restaurants are less than 5 minutes walk away.

Q: And the sea view, a reality?
R: Our house is south-west facing with direct views of the bay of Lampaul ... The sea is visible from the ground floor and of course from the bedroom... No house in front of ours.

Q: What about the sanitary facilities?
R: The bathroom and bedroom are upstairs, as well as the toilets but separate from the bedroom.

Q: What are the minimum and maximum rental periods?
R: Our house is equipped for long stays (several weeks) and also short stays, of 3 nights minimum.

Q: Is there an arrival and departure day?
R: No constraints regarding the start and end days of the rental. The house is ready to welcome you on the day of your arrival (morning or afternoon). On the day of your departure, the house must be vacated by 14:00.
