Fresh Uptown Shotgun Steps from Magazine Street

Easy access to historic Saint Charles streetcar lines (6 Blocks). Steps from Magazine eateries and boutiques (1 Block). Excellent Mardi Gras location (1 block from all Uptown Parades on Magazine). The house is also only a short walk to the world famous Tipitina's music venue. I am probably biased, but Uptown is the best neighborhood in NOLA. You won't be disappointed with the location.
The Unit has an amazing Porch with a view.

Great location, close to Magazine

House is just as described, and very convenient to Magazine street, restaurants, shops. We stayed there over Jazz Fest and had a great trip! Everything worked well, and communication with the property manager was smooth.

Great Location

I am glad that we stayed here instead of in the French Quarter. I liked it better. It was a great walking neighborhood and you can easily take the St. Charles streetcar to the Garden District or the French Quarter. The owner/manager went out of his way for us a couple of times.

Convenient Two-Bedroom in Riverside

We stayed in this shotgun during French Quarter Fest 2022. Charles provided us with the door lock code so we just went in upon arrival. This is a typical NOLA shotgun - walk in the front door to the living room, then through to the 1st bedroom, then through to the 2nd bedroom, then through to the kitchen, then through to the bathroom. Everything was clean and as per the pictures. Our biggest problem was the number of steps to access the unit since we are in our mid-70s; however that was our bad by not paying close attention. Charles was responsive immediately if we had any questions. The location was a short 2 block walk to our favorite French bakery and the bus stop on Magazine Street. The bus goes right to Canal Street across from Decatur so very convenient to the French Quarter. We always felt safe in the neighborhood. Overall, we would recommend.

Uptown Gem

Wonderful property! Perfect location. Magazine street shops and cafes a block away. We walked to Garden District, Irish Channel, the two new awesome breweries down by the river. Easy access to St. Charles St. Streetcar for French Quarter nightlife. Got the three day Jazzy Pass. Well worth it. The property itself was perfect for my daughter and me. Bathroom and kitchen were updated and pristine. Area is quiet and serene for sleeping. I'll be back next time with my husband!
