Welcome to our magical and luxury Neve Tzedek Condo. This modern apartment is carefully decorated and designed and features a cozy balcony with a stunning view over the sea and the city. The building's 24-hour lobby will make you feel safe and you are welcome to enjoy the indoor pool, jacuzzi and gym* as well as a private parking spot.

THE SPACE
Located in the hip neighborhood of Neve Tzedek, there are tons of shops, restaurants, cafes, art galleries and museums within walking distance, and the beach is close by.
The apartment is 110 square meters and is organized around a large open living area featuring the kitchen, the living room and access to the balcony.
Living room with comfortable seating and vintage items, equipped with a 55 inches smart TV.
Fully equipped open plan kitchen with a bar and high chairs.
Office corner with suitable for remote working.
Balcony furnished with deckchairs, a bench and a coffee table with chairs.
Bedroom 1: master bedroom with queen size bed and full height closet.
Bedroom 2: guests bedroom with 2 double beds, en suite full bathroom with walk in shower and direct access to the balcony.
Both bedrooms have large windows with sea view.
Extra full bathroom with walk in shower.
In case of emergency the SHELTER is located on your floor by the elevators.

PASSPORT AND VAT
- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.
- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price.
- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.
- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT.
- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.
- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is located in the historical and unique neighborhood of Tel Aviv called Neve Tzedek renown for being the first Jewish neighborhood built outside the walls of the ancient port of Jaffa.
This neighborhood is famous for its unique and authentic architecture and is home to many wonderful restaurants and shops.
Shabazi street is Neve Tzedek’s main street and host to all kinds of boutiques, shops, cafes & restaurants.
The Carmel Market is 1500m from the apartment
Jaffa main square (the Clock Square) is 1000m from the apartment down Eilat street.
The closest beach is 1200m away.
The residence is also located on the verge of Florentin neighborhood, famous for its artistic scene and eclectic night life.
GETTING AROUND
You can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station. There are buses running from Eilat street and from the Carmelit bus terminal near the Carmel market, which will take you about anywhere in Tel Aviv and around. If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.
Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.
