The House is situated on a corner of a quiet cul de sac.
All windows are equipped with very secured steel shutters, they create the illusion that is midnight instead of noon.
The house sleeps 12 adults, 4 children or 14 adults, there are 4 bedrooms (a king size bed, a queen size, 5 doubles, 3 twins and a folding couch ).
Fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a living room and a family room.

Here you have the best of both worlds, 10 min. away from the Fabulous Las Vegas Strip. You’re close enough to the exciting thrills of Las Vegas, yet far enough for peace and quiet in a beautiful two story, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, with a pool and Jacuzzi. This newly furnished home is nestled in one of the nicest residential neighborhoods in the Vegas suburbs. Three major destination shopping malls with all the amenities and conveniences, are very close by, some right around the corner. If you were going to live in Vegas, this is where you would want to buy a house. A golfer’s paradise set in between two golf courses, with your own private putting green in the backyard. Less than a mile south is the exclusive Canyon Gate Country Club, and the same distance to the north is the iconic Angel Park Golf Club, again the best of both worlds, members only or public golf course.
Shopping, Dining, and Entertainment
Three major destination shopping malls are just a few minutes away. Downtown Summerlin has top end shopping and dining, as well as a luxury movie theater that offers thick recliner chairs, full bar and restaurant. Boca Park shopping is walking distance around the corner, with every kind of store, restaurant and services, from Whole Foods to fast food, there’s even an Irish pub. Two large discount liquor stores, an excellent full service veterinarian where you can have your best friend groomed while you have your own hair done right next door. If you need a pharmacy, Walgreens is on the corner. There are gyms, spas and yoga all around. Just a couple blocks north of Boca Park is, “The Ultimate Lifestyle Destination”, Tivoli Village, a place that blends old world elegance with today's active lifestyle.
If you want to get out of the house while staying in the neighborhood, besides the two golf courses to the north and south there are two Resort Casinos, Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa, as well as the Suncoast Hotel and Casino where you can dine, watch movies or live entertainment as well bowl or indulge in some gaming.
Or, stay at home and enjoy the comfort and convenience this fully equipped house provides. There’s lots of space for friends and family. The four bedrooms have comfortable beds that can sleep 12 adults and 4 children. There are both a Living Room and Family Den that are surrounded by cozy couches where you can watch either of two 55” LG Smart TVs with Gigablast Wi-Fi and unlimited data to any streaming app including Apple TV, Amazon Prime or Netflix. There are two dining areas, a formal dining table that seats eight, and a Coca Cola Diner themed breakfast area that looks into the den. Did I mention the den has a wet bar? If you want to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, and purified water at the sink. All dishes, and cooking utensils are provided as well. Also for your convenience are a brand new LG washer and dryer in the laundry room.
Outside, there is a 20 yard Seasonal Heated swimming pool, perfect for swimming laps and a jacuzzi hot tub on one end(Additional fees will apply for Heated SPA). The six hole private putting green is near the pool. There are two comfortable and relaxing seating areas, an enclosed courtyard in the front, and a beautifully furnished patio overlooking the sparkling pool.
There’s an old saying, “it’s a nice place to visit, but I wouldn’t want to live there”. This may be true of the Las Vegas Strip, but our home is both a nice place to visit, and I do want to live there.
