Great atmosphere with amazing staff. We absolutely love the condos at Sonoran Sea Resort as they are true beachfront condos. We can hear the waves from the balcony and the tranquility that comes along with it.

You cannot beat the location. Walk to some of our favorite restaurants and bars.

Taxis or your own car. ATV and Rhino rentals are close by as well. ˙ᵕ˙

Resort Policies:
** VERY IMPORTANT: The person booking the stay must be 25 years old. If you're not 25, please make someone else that is 25 years or older book instead. This is the resorts rule.

** Resort allows a maximum of 6 guests for this 2 bedroom. No additional people can stay as per the resort policy.

Instructions:
** There is a keypad to self check into the condo.
** You will receive check-in instructions at 8:00 AM on the day of your check-in.
** Confirm # of adults and children (resort needs this).
** The resort does collect a one time $10 fee for your entire group when you check in (not per guest).
***You will receive communication from "Know your Guest" aka superhog. This is a API approved connected software and you'll have to accept either a refundable $150 security deposit or non refundable waiver
Resort Policies:

IMPORTANT: To book a stay at the resort, the person making the reservation must be 25 years old or above. If you're not 25, please have someone from your group who is 25 or older to book instead. When checking in, the 25-year-old or older person MUST be AND will be staying for the stated booking dates.

- It is important to note that everyone staying at the property MUST be registered guests and not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed.

** Resort allows a maximum of 4 guests for this 1 bedroom unit. No extra people can stay at any additional fee. According to the resort, you must get a bigger condo if you would like to have more people.

- Check in is at 4pm. There seems to be a glitch on Airbnb where you may be able to select a check in time. Please assume and expect the check in time to be always at 4pm.

- Please be guided as well that the border opens at 6am and closes at 8pm.

***WHEN YOU CHECK-OUT***
- Late check-out fee: $100 for every additional hour beyond the check-out time.
- Please note that we implement this to ensure our cleaners have sufficient time to clean the property.

- PLEASE make sure to put the temperature of AC to 80 degrees.
- HVAC companies recommend setting a minimum temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostat to avoid freezing up coils and other potential damage to the AC unit. We have experienced many urgent repairs within the last few years that would have been avoided by implementing this earlier. We do not want you to experience AC problems during your stay so we have implemented this recommendation.
