Two House Compound Perfect for Large Group Stays!

These are two homes next door to each other with connecting parking in the back This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips with large families, friends, bachelorette/bachelor parties, weddings, family reunions, group dinners and everything in between. Both houses have 4 bedrooms and 2 baths as well as 4 private parking spaces one of which is a covered garage space. We are located in the center of the west village, two blocks from the famous sister pie and minutes from Downtown!

These are two houses right next door to each other with 4 shared parking spaces. The houses share a corner and 4 parking spaces one of which is a fully covered parking garage. The avocado house had 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. There are picnic tables outside in the summer and a bbq grill.
The blue house is a 4 bedroom 2 bath house with two kitchens. both houses face each-other thru the back entrance and have connected parking spaces.
Our beds are all queen sized and we have business grade wifi thru out both houses. All of our bathrooms are full and we provide linens towels and all kitchen ware. We also have lots of fun games for everyone to play and 3 50 inch smart TV'S.

We are located in the Historic West Village neighborhood of Detroit on East Vernor/beals st. Just a 3 min walk (one block) to Sister Pie Bakery and Marrow Restaurant/Mamma Maria's/ Two Birds Bar. We are also a 7 minute walk to Redhook Coffee, LCD Yoga and Cycling/Detroit Vegan Soul/Metropolitan Kitchen etc. We are on a very quiet, family friendly street, we know all our neighbors. Most of the houses on our block have been renovated but a couple have not. Please don't let that alarm you, this is just the case with ALL OF DETROIT. If someone tells you differently then they are most likely not being honest with you. We are right across from a school and a beautiful park with new basketball courts. It does not get any safer than that.
