The actual condo we stayed in was great! The staff that worked the pool area was very let’s say “crazy” constantly yelling at people. But the rooms we got were perfect only issue was dryer taking forever to dry clothes so we went home with wet clothes because you had to turn in on at least 4 times to get a load dry..but other than that the condo was fantastic by the owner!

Great for a large group. Lots of space, great location. A few issues with cleanliness of shower and trash can but not so much I wouldn’t stay there again.

Great stay

Once we figured out the parking pass and armband rule, we were fine. No one mentioned the armbands until we were made to feel like criminals out by the pool when a lady yelled at everyone they must have an armband to be in the pool area or to go to the beach area. This could have been communicated in a friendly manner. An instruction sheet for these things would be helpful in the room.

Stay was very cozy. Except when we arrived place was dirty. We had to clean before using. There wasn’t enough towels for our party of 13. Elevators are a little smelly but that comes with the beach. Other than that place was very large and spacious. Great balcony view!!

Beautiful views

This is our second year using Sterling breeze for our Friendsgiving annual event. This unit was comfortable with awesome corner deck views. It did include a lockout unit which had a separate kitchenette with bedroom and bathroom. That unit did not appear to have been used or cleaned as well as the primary unit. When we had some issues, they were promptly taken care of.

Expensive but helpful staff

I felt like the property was a little pricey, however we had two bedrooms and then an attached suite. which made it perfect for our son, his wife and their newborn baby! I was surprised about the additional parking fee when we arrived along with armband fees, however the management quickly refunded all of those fees to me when I explained the situation. Great and prompt help!

Great unit and great location

The property was as pictured and had a fantastic location (both on the beach and within the building). It was as pictured but there was some wear and tear that we tried to document and clarify with property management as soon as we checked in. We did feel that 9am checkout was a little too early and they weren't flexible to add another hour. The only thing that really bothered me was the state of the grill on the balcony. We had planned to grill fish and burgers but the grill was left in such shape, we didn't use the entire time. I know this is on the onus of the guests to clean and not necessarily housekeeping, but I do think that guests that do not leave it in a usable condition should have a small charge so that house-keeping can get it ready for the next guests. We weren't interested in cleaning up messes that weren't our own. Otherwise, this was a great stay for our family of ten adults and one small child. There was definitely room for everyone without feeling too crowded.

We rented a 3 bedroom 3 bath condo. We did not know it was two condos but they were a connecting door. It was a struggle to get the code to the 2nd unit. I was repeatedly told I as not supposed to be in the second unit. Finally, I received the code. Then the AC was not working. Someone came that night but did not fix the unit. Called 4 more times someone came out 3 days later. The unit still did not get fixed and I checked out the next morning. The unit was 81 degrees all week. Don't get me started on the elevators. I will not stay at this property again.
