I rent a room in my own house (I live here). JUST MINUTES FROM DANIA AND HOLLYWOOD BEACHES - 5 MINUTES FROM I95, FORT LAUDERDALE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, 10 MINUTES FROM DOWNTOWN FORT LAUDERDALE, LAS OLAS RESTAURANTS, ENTERTAINMENT, JUST MINUTES AWAY FROM BRAND NEW DANIA POINTE MALL AND DANIA BEACH CASINO- 12 MINS FROM HARD ROCK GUITAR HOTEL & CASINO AND MUCH MORE. I have a French and two cats. They don’t enter in the room, but if you are allergic it is better to know that i have pets in the house.

I am from Brazil, but I have lived here in the US for 9 years. I attend a Master in Landscape Architecture course, so I do not have so much time for fun. But I like Brazilian music (samba). I use to go to Brazilian bars on weekends. I have a French and two cats.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because of the location. It is close to the beach, to the airport, to I-95, and there are several restaurants, retailers, a movie theater, and places for fun. I live 10 minutes walking to Dania Point, where I find everything that I need. Also, there are supermarkets and small stores around here.
What makes this property unique
I can offer a spot for parking, which is hard to find in the Miami area. Also, the place is secure because I have cameras outside watching any suspicious activity, which luckily never happened anything bad here. On top of that, I can hold packages for visitors on vacation.
