There's even a handicap ramp for access to the property!

Roomy apartment in the center of town

We were attending a family reunion and it was awesome to find a place right in Olney. The rooms were spacious. Everything was clean. Kitchen was great. Beds were very comfortable. It's not a luxury place, but certainly accommodated all that we needed. Enjoyed a nice evening sitting outside at the patio table. The concrete outside could use some work, so watch your step, and one of the couches should be replaced (broken leg), otherwise no problems at all. Very prompt and thorough instructions for entering and using this place. Would definitely stay again.

Cancelled on us the day before

Property showed available. Booked and paid for. Then got a message from the property manager saying it wasn't available and told me to cancel the reservation. Since it was less than 24 hours, I couldn't cancel without a penalty. This created unnecessary stress as we had no place to stay as a result of this property manager.

Thank you for your feedback. This was canceled 24 hours before you arrived because you booked it 24 hours before you arrived. I responded tho your inquiry and indicated the properties were taken but unfortunately the system went ahead and let you book anyway after my response. As soon as I saw the confirmed booking I sprang into action. This was beyond my control as a system sync issue between the sites, hence me trying to prevent the booking in the first place. Fortunately I caught it before you showed up and found another family in the house. While yes, I asked you to cancel, when you told me it wouldn't let you, I made sure to work with the site to give you a full refund without penalty. Had another of my properties been available, I would have just asked if you wanted that instead. I work hard to do what's right and I apologize for the undue hardship and wish you safe travels.

Nice comfortable stay in Olney

Excellent stay. Property was very roomy. Beds were comfortable. Although we did not cook, everything seemed to be there if you wanted to. Bathrooms were clean and large. Would stay here again.

Why they chose this property

This house was our 1st house together and was remodeled down to the studs when we bought it! It was our1st home upon moving back to Illinois in 1995 as well. This 1500 sq.ft. of the house was added on in the 1960's, but the attached home was built in 1885 and has seen many changes in Olney throughout the years! It's located close to all of the Olney amenities.
