We love Tidewater

Needs a few updates on Tv's, beds and pillows and should get an extra chair or change out the loveseat for a second couch (wasn't enough seating)

Good trip

The only negative thing I have to say is that staying on the 18th floor it was extremely hard to get a elevator and the fact that we had to leave our id with a hotel worker to check out luggage carts

Great condo!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and exactly what we wanted. However the elevator situation was horrendous. My husband waited on morning for 30 minutes for an elevator. Spoke to the people at the front desk, the put people on to run the elevator which helped some.

Great condo, so so resort.

The condo was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. We were not fans of the resort itself. $70 a day for chairs is ridiculous. The west pool was very dirty, hair and other things floating around. Staff wasn’t very friendly and the elevators are very slow and there isn’t enough of them for the amount of rooms at the resort.

Tidewater 1810

Our overall experience at this property was great. We all enjoyed our time here and the amenities. We only had a couple minor complaints. The sliding door to get out onto the balcony was almost impossible to get open (there was like a groove in the track that once the door got in that spot it was very difficult to open). And like many other reviews, the elevator wait times at the resort are insane. We even took the stairs (from the 18th floor) one time because it was so aggravating.

Concerns room 1810

During our stay the master bedroom AC was not working. My husband checked the air filter and found black mold and debris on the coil behind the air filter. Also the front door would only lock half the time due to not latching. Very disappointed in our stay for the cost due to the fact of having a child under the age of 4 staying in the condo.

Short family get away

This was a perfect spot to do some unwinding. The location was great. It offered everything that we needed for our short stay. We did not really do any cooking (why would you with so many good restaurants to chose from) but it seem to have everything needed if you wanted to.
