The holiday residence Ostseepark- Zempin is idyllically located behind the dunes in the picturesque seaside resort Zempin. The apartment is all year for max. 4 people and a toddler rented. The newly furnished apartment with a size of 72 m² invites with its cozy ambience and the two balconies, a feel for the good. Here you can switch off the stress of everyday life and feel comfortable in a pleasant atmosphere. For families with children is taken care of, a beautiful playground is located within the complex. On the premises there is a communal barbecue area that can be used as well as a communal laundry and drying room with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer.

The apartment extends over 2 floors, is very spacious and comfortably furnished. On the 1st floor is the living room with a nice balcony, a bathroom with shower and toilet. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, glasses, cutlery and crockery. The upper floor with two bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower and toilet, offers another balcony, on which you can comfortably end the day. In the cold season, underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth. Super Wetter, hübscher kleiner Ort, gepflegte Ferienanlage

Vielen Dank, es passte alles für unseren Kurzurlaub mit 3 Erwachsenen. Wir sind schon sehr erfahren mit Ferienwohnung oder Haus. Diese Wohnung ist hell, gut eingerichtet, zweckmäßig ausgestattet,. Einen Extrapunkt vergeben wir für die beiden Balkone! Der Strand, der Ortskern, das Achterwasser sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Vom Preisleistungsverhältnis ist diese Ferienanlage ein guter Ort, um den Urlaub auf der Sonneninsel zu genießen zu können.
