The Retreat’s central location at the top of Penobscot Bay offers convenient day trips to communities between Boothbay Harbor and Acadia National Park. Visit Belfast for Dinner, Camden for lunch, enjoy Rockland’s Farnsworth Art Museum, tour historic Castine, or watch lobstermen offload today’s catch in Stonington. A day trip to Bar Harbor for lunch and a hike along the oceanfront cliffs in Acadia National Park is an unforgettable experience.
