Things to Know

* Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
* Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
* All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
* No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
*A $60 cash non-refundable building registration fee per vehicle is due at check-in at the Atlantis. Parking is available for one vehicle. $60 for an additional space based on availability. Please ensure that any necessary permits are displayed at all times.
* Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town
Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
* No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A little disappointed to have to pay 60 registration or parking fee?. That was a surprise.Check in girl for Vacasa was a tad rude and was eating the entire time when I asking questions about the 60 fee and check in at the property. Still don’t know if that for parking or registering. . Bathroom floor was a little dirty as was an attachment on the tub black on calk.Beautiful view from Windows looking out on the ocean but he windows were cloudy.Most of my concerns from reading reviews were unnecessary. The bed wasn’t broken, the mattress did have a cover, there were plenty of towels. The cookware WAS a little funky so we pretty much ate outFor the most part the place was clean. I think the cost a little steep for a studio apartment. But it was oceanfront and during a very peak part of the summer. So I didn’t mind paying that.

Overpriced but good.

Pros: Location was great, place was clean when we arrived. Cons: overpriced for a studio. Had to call because the internet didn’t work (did not come up when searching). No laundry (but they did provide an address of a laundromat). Only 1 mirror in the place (bathroom). Shower curtain was wonky. No cleaning products in the place - no broom/vacuum.

Great Studio Efficiency with Ocean View

FIRST, please note you pay to park at this condo complex, $60 for the week. The condo was very nice and easily held our crew. Having a smaller kitchen, we were still able to cook and prepare meals. Skillets could use updating, we brought our electric griddle which worked well for breakfast. There is no broom or mop for the unit so walking and tracking sand became a problem. The vacuum needs serviced as it blew dirt everywhere rather than sucking. There was no toilet plunger to fix the clogged toilet. The repairman sent was horribly rude, left a huge mess, and did not fix the issue. I had to purchase my own plunger, my husband had to work for every bit of 10 minutes to get the toilet to flush properly. The only response from Vacasa was, we will let them know your feedback. Well thanks a lot for that! Also note, bring extra towels. All that is given is one towel per person, for a total of three towels, three wash clothes, three hand towels. I suspected this would be the case & Packed accordingly. There is no washer/dryer in the condo or in the complex. We utilized Sunshine Laundry about half a mile from the condo. Very clean facility.
