Great Location Nice roof deck pool

Its a nice condo community near lots of great restaurants and night life. It is on a busier road but honestly did not hear much road noise. This particular unit did not have a walk out balcony... I overlooked that detail in the description. The roof top deck however was very nice with outstanding views. Found a fantastic coffee shop directly behind the building that I went back to over and over. The place was very clean. The furniture was a bit stiff but the beds were comfortable.

The condo was nice. Well equipped. Great view and facilities. However, the host offered no solution when there was non-stop construction noise making it impossible to use the unit during the day. Although they did mention that there was construction noise in the listing, they did not mention that it would be shaking the walls for forcing me to leave the unit during daylight hours. Further they charged me for a small appliance that was already broken when I got to the unit, and they would have known that if they had met me for a walk-through, which they skipped. I am completely dissatisfied with charge, I would have settled for the price of a regular appliance at the prices local paid but not triple the cost.

Unfortunately, this is outside of our control, and we understand how disruptive it can feel when the noise is more intense than anticipated. Regarding the appliance charge, we completely understand your frustration. Please know that we only apply charges when absolutely necessary. Our team performs inspections before and after each stay to ensure everything is in proper working condition, and based on these checks, the issue was identified after departure. That said, we regret that this situation added to your dissatisfaction. Very nice and clean apartment conveniently located closed to everything. Two blocks from the malicon

Confortable beds and very clean place. very secure building and full with amenities for the whole family to enjoy.
