Smoke free building with designated smoking area outdoors. King bed suite room with, sofa, comfy chair, TV, dining room table, coffee bar, fridge and microwave in room. Queen suite with two Queen size beds, desk, comfy chair, coffee bar, dinning room table- seats four, fridge and microwave. Great place and accommodating hosts...

Micelle and Ben were very gracious hosts! We were there for Bonnaroo. At the last moment, our dog sitter fell through and Michelle and Ben were so accommodating and we were able to have our fur baby with us. Clean and homey. Definitely, a great place to stay when you're in the area. Try Sophia's downtown while there!

We enjoyed.. first time using Vrbo. No issues at all. Only issue was the bed was very firm and I had problems sleeping and was so sore and stiff the next mourning. I feel bad even complaining, we enjoyed everything else 💜

Quaint little mini hotel

We enjoyed the fact that our entire family (kids and their spouses and our grandchildren) could stay in one small area yet we each had our own room. Very nice setup. The owners were very helpful and friendly and when I had an issue with our toilet he fixed it right away. The main hallway and sitting room in the building were pretty humid (didn't feel like the AC was on) but the rooms were cooled very well with their individual units. We will definitely book again in the future!

It was a lovely room. When a tornado warning came in the staff made sure that we were aware of where to find the entrance to the basement.
