This unit comes with 4 Beach Chairs and 2 Umbrellas! This will save you approximately $100 per day and $700 per week!

PLEASE CHECK CALENDAR FIRST - IT IS ACCURATE! MUST BE 25+ TO RESERVE - 3 NIGHT MINIMUM - UNIT IS LOCATED ON 14TH FLOOR. $250 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED

Sunrise Beach Resort’s Elevator Modernization Project will take place from August 2025 through May 2026. During this time, only two elevators will be operational, which may lead to longer wait times.

All SUNRISE BEACH guests must be pre registered to receive a Parking Permit. The registration fee is $50.00 per vehicle and is required by the Condominium Resort and its COA.  This fee will include all amenities and parking pass(es). Limit of 2 parking passes per reservation. Link to be sent via email for vehicle registration prior to arrival. Parking is located under the building on the oceanside for easy access to and from the unit.

The property was amazing. Condo was updated and deco was impeccable. Host and Management were very nice and professional. Parking and location made it very easy to get out and about. We will definitely stay again

Beat ocean views and super convenient property!

You will love this condo directly on the beach! Two gorgeous pools with security and super convenient parking. Condo is beautiful! Checking in and managing our reservation with the app was fantastic!

Nice room- good location

Nice room! Bed were just okay. Plenty of space and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Parking on the same side as the condo was convenient.

Home at the beach

This condo was absolutely perfect for our stay. Walking in the door, this place felt like a home away from home. The rooms were all clean and was stocked up with everything g we needed for our stay. There is a coffee maker but it is not a Keurig as described so no K-cups. The location of the condo was perfect as well. We were able to walk to Alvin’s Island, Starbucks, and a number of different resturaunts for dinner. I can’t wait to stay here again.

Overall it was wonderful. Great location and the condo was very nice. The only problem was the internet was terrible. Couldn’t use very many devices at the same time. The cable service was not very good either but we didn’t watch much tv anyway. Very nice accommodations and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Beach Getaway

The condo was absolutely beautiful, we loved all the decorations! Both King size beds were extremely comfortable! The condo was bigger than expected, it's actually a 3 bedroom!! I definitely recommend anyone with a family of 4 or more, plenty of space for easily 6! Not once did we fill cramped. The kitchen has pretty much everything you would need. On a side note a few plastic containers would be helpful and zip lock baggies.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is very clean, well kept, and has gorgeous views. The patio furniture was also very nice. The only disappointing aspect was the size of the hot tub. Too small for this huge complex. Also, the pool area was being renovated at the time and there was not enough room in the pool area. I wish that pool renovations wouldn't be done during spring break.

Beautiful

Everything was very nice. Beautiful view from balcony. Master bedroom and bathroom excellent. 2nd bedroom was nice. The small bedroom was okay. Top bunk was not used, just didn’t look safe without rails. The bottom bunk was great for my 8 year old granddaughter. My 13 year old grandson slept on mattress that was underneath bottom bunk. The other bathroom was very tight. Kitchen was great. I don’t like using glass, so I went and got some hard plastic cups which I left there for other renters. I also bought more kitchen towels because 1 is never enough. But overall it is a beautiful place.

Some pluses and minuses

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was absolutely gorgeous and it was close to everything and very walkable to many restaurants. The owners/managers were very organized and responsive. However, and it’s a big however - I wouldn’t stay again. They can’t fix this but the elevators were like a huge issue. Being on the 14th floor you couldn’t just take the stairs and there was near constant waiting to go up or down to beach/pool/car and so many people were just so frustrated there from the waiting. I’m only staying in no more than 3-4 condos from now on. Also, the stuff in the room was very skimpy; we had to go buy extra TP and there wasn’t even one laundry pod lol. I’m sure it was in the many instructions but I also stay at a lot of rentals and this place was definitely on the low end of being stocked. The extra $40 parking fee was also annoying when you are paying so much to stay there as is.

Hi Courtney and thank you so much for the awesome review comments and review! The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We only have control over the interior of the condo and do not have control over the elevators or the parking fees. The elevators are now working and our apologies for the frustration and inconvenience. Elevators go down sometimes and all we can do is assess and make sure everyone is safe while they are repaired. The parking fees are charged by most all complexes now in PCB and again this is HOA and we have no control. I am not crazy about it either but it is required most everywhere you go now. I would like to make a point as well with our amenities that we leave for arrivals. We have the nicest line of products and remind all guests in several places what will be in the unit upon arrival. We provide shampoo, conditioner, soap, gel, lotion, dishwashing liquid, 2 dishwashing tabs, toilet paper for each bathroom and 2 rolls for primary bathroom, one roll of paper towels and a few extra seasonal touches to get you through the first 24 hours. Condos are not hotels so please make sure you read your instructions to properly prepare for the most successful trip! We are always here to assist should you have questions or need assistance. Most importantly, we hope you had the best of times with your family and friends as this is what it is truly about! Take care, safe travels and thank you!

What really struck us was that this did not look like a rental unit. It looked like a personal unit because it was immaculate and furnished with everything that was high end. It is an extremely nice and comfortable place to stay. It is near great restaurants and shoppinf. Most of all the whole complex was great. There is a gym, two swimming pools with chairs on the pool deck and free beach chairs. Parasailing and snorkeling were also there. We will stay here again and if you are going to Panama City Beach you should think about staying here. We will certainly stay here again.
