Mid-Century Modern Craftsman Hillside Home

Enjoy breathtaking views at this pet-friendly, LA hideaway. This historic 1923 renovated craftsman home is nestled into the hillside surrounded by beautiful landscape w/Mountain Views! Cook Sunday morning breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy high-speed internet for your workdays at home as well as a smart TV for the nights when a little R+R is needed. This serene retreat boasts a large grass-covered backyard, a deck with a table-top firepit for those cooler LA nights, and multiple other outdoor patios to relax.

The master bedroom includes a Casper queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom features a Nectar queen-size bed and a built-in closet. Both bedrooms include high-end mattresses and Brooklinen sheets.

There is plenty of free street parking directly in front of the home and on the street. Shops and restaurants are also a 5-10 min bike ride to York Blvd and Figueroa south. Ubers and Lyfts are also easily accessible. Please note the home is situated at the top of a hill.

No parties. We do welcome creatives to book the home for professional use i.e. photoshoot's and/or film's (no nudity) and separate rates do apply. Please send a booking inquiry for the dates you're looking to use the property and we can discuss.

Amazing place in Los Angeles

Alyse's place was absolutely amazing!! We loved the welcome gifts! The beds and futon were so comfortable. The outside deck was an incredible place to sit and enjoy the wine while soaking up the fantastic view!

Great LA stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were allowed to check in a bit early, the place was as advertised, super bright and clean. It was well appointed and situated well for what we wanted to do while in LA and we looked forward to coming home. We used the outdoor patios each evening and the washer and dryer before leaving. We would definitely stay again.

Exactly what we were looking for

We stayed at the house while visiting our son, daughter-in-law, and their dog. The open floor plan made it easy for us to cook dinner and talk together and then enjoy eating on the deck behind the house. The decor of the house was thoughtful, stylishly understated and comfortable. This was a very easy place to hang out and enjoy, but was well located for places we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay here again!

Apparently! What a beautiful experience we have had Alyse’s Eagle Rock home.. everything we needed, and more. Thoughtfully considered for you comfort and enjoyment. So nice to have a little slice of yard and deck heaven with beautiful views. Lovely touches that feel beyond your typical bnb. We will be back!

The home is located in the heart of Highland Park, Los Angeles where there are more shops, restaurants, bars, and breweries than I could list here! We’re also just a short drive to the iconic, Griffith Park Observatory where you can enjoy hours of hiking and scenic views of the gorgeous Los Angeles landscape.
