The train station is 8 minutes walk.
You will find all the necessary amenities in the surrounding area 2 minutes by car. Leclerc Intermarché, Lidl, Carrefour.
The street is busy but very quiet in the evening you will sleep like babies.
You have places available to park for free around the house.
Sea 20/30mn Perros Guirrec, Paimpol, St Quai Portrieux, Binic.......

Ideally located, this small house has 3 bedrooms and 3 beds, and everything you need to cook, 1 bathroom and a large living room.
A small courtyard allows you to have coffee when the sun comes out.
The beds will be made on your arrival.
You will just have to bring your towels, the rest is provided.
The coffee maker is traditional, you just have to bring a classic coffee filter and traditional coffee
