The room was great! Clean, everything worked as it should. My issue was with the grounds, I realize that sargassum is beyond anyone’s control but some attempt to clean would be nice. Additionally the loungers by the pool were in a sad state, if you jumped into the ocean from the dock you have no way to get out as the stairs are destroyed.With a little work this place could be a real gem!

Beautiful spot

This cabana set up is amazing. Beautiful views. Restaurant is very good. Beds a little hard - but I’m also a soft bed fan. Good location, we rented their golf cart and it was so fun to need to drive a bit!! Love all the iguanas too! Very reasonable prices.

Not really. Seemed to want to get on with his other business. Cabin was in severe need of updating. Old fixtures, lamps broken. toilet plugged, gaps around entree door. repairs were half hazard. Internet very week.

perfect quiet spot

There isn’t anything fancy but you don’t need it when you are out and about all day. The beach area in front of the property needs work as it’s not very inviting but they were doing work on it when I was leaving so maybe they brought in better sand for that area. There is water access via a dock you can climb down and enter the water. Right in front of the property is a sea wall so no direct beach access.The cabin’s were clean and maintained well, no issue there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bar next door was very nice to be able to grab a drink and hang out, with a nice stroll right back to the villa.
