Oasis 7 is simply spectacular for a family gathering. In our case, parents, kids, grandkids and a nanny (11 total). The beach is awesome, though there is more beach traffic when multiple cruise ships are in. The roof pool was great when you had enough ocean swimming. Furniture and appliances are contemporary and the house is very well maintained. Jennie (manager) was always available and super helpful.

This villa was absolutely incredible for our spring break. We stayed here with 3 families (6 adult, 6 kids total). The home is beautiful, very clean, and spacious enough that everyone felt comfortable throughout the stay.The location in West Bay was ideal. Being right on the beach was amazing, and we especially loved that it felt quieter and less crowded than other areas, while still being just a short drive from the 7 Mile Beach hotels, restaurants.The house had everything we needed and more. The rooftop pool and hot tub were a standout, and the kids loved having access to sand toys (paddle boards, kayak, and pool noodles). The kitchen was perfectly set up for all of our meals. Having 3 washers and 3 dryers was a game changer for beach towels, swimsuits, and kids’ clothes, and the elevator was such a convenient bonus.The game room was another really fun feature, although it would have been even better with a bit more air circulation. For families with toddlers, I’d just note that there is a lot of glass, so it may not be the easiest setup for very little ones — but we managed fine.Cayman Villas was also great to work with. They were responsive within 48 hours and very helpful with questions, groceries, restaurant suggestions, babysitter recommendations, and arranging a private chef.We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking or a beautiful beachfront home that is peaceful, spacious, and perfect for a larger group.

great house, all you need

the house is really spacious, great beach to swim. We went diving 3 days out of the 7 we stayed and everything was very close. From table tennis ( ping pong table) to pool table and ruff top pool this house has it all! We enjoyed our stay.

Spectacular house! Spectacular view

Beautiful home with lots of room. The house was perfect for our family of ten. The two game rooms kept our kids entertained for hours. The views from each room were spectacular. Being able to walk out the back door onto the beach & walk a few feet to the ocean made life so easy during our stay. The kids are already begging to Come back and stay in the house again.

The pictures don't do this house justice. The view, the house, and the location were all amazing. We stayed over New years and watched fireworks from the rooftop, has to be the best view on the island.

The property was accurate in the description, very clean and well kept. The kitchen was stocked with all of the essential items needed to cook a wonderful meal. The pool, football and ping pong tables livened up family nights. The roof top pool was simply divine and the living room windows provided unparalleled views of the Caribbean ocean. Holiday Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at the Oasis property. Jennie, the property manager was very attentive with any questions we had upon arrival and throughout our entire stay. The home was accommodating for our group of eleven ranging in age from one to eighty-one. The location was good, within walking distance to a nice grocery store and liquor store. Several nice places to eat. The area appears to be in development a few dilapidated homes to one side of the home but this was not a problem as all we could see from our beach and the home was beautiful ocean views. We would definitely stay at Oasis again!!

We loved our week at Oasis. We had 15 adults and 3 little ones. The home is well appointed and the host is super responsive. We had no issues at all. Heritage Kitchen is walking distance and delicious! Gas station and grocery store with in walking as well. Great snorkeling out front, we saw many turtles!

Great Escape

We planned 10 days - stayed 5 and evacuated because of Beryl. Everyone depressed because we had to leave - Beryl chased us home to Galveston County, but we made the right call. House, location was perfect. Cayman Villas refunded the 5 days we had to leave due to Hurrican Warning almost immediately. Wish we could have stayed the other 5 days.

Perfect for our family of 12!

Jenny was an outstanding house manager with knowledge about the house, and also the area. The house is in a great location. It was like we had our own private beach the first week of August. The views were stunning, especially from the rooftop infinity pool. It was great walking out the back door into the sea to snorkel. The house met all the criteria for our family and thank you for a perfect memory. We all recommend this home!

WONDERFUL!

Awesome house with fabulous views, an amazing rooftop pool and spa, and ALL the amenities you could ask for - I counted FOUR icemakers! Lots of space for a large group-we had 5 couples and everyone had an ensuite bedroom. LOTS of balconies throughout the home, all with phenomenal views. Kitchen is fully stocked with a great dining table, two ovens, large refrigerator/freezer, enormous and beautiful island!

Beautiful Beach Home

We absolutely loved this property. The house was huge and had something for all ages. Plenty of porches and places to sit and look at the beautiful beach. We didn't have to ride around and look for snorkling locations because there was a coral reef just outside the door. The house was very comfortable, beautiful kitchen and very clean. The property manager, Jennie, was great. The pool on the top was the best and the grand kids really enjoyed the media room and pool table. Great family house. We love had 8 adults and five kids and all were very comfortable. There is a good grocery store about a mile from the house! Great part of the island near Turtle Farm and great beaches.

Wonderful trip and perfect house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent an amazing week at the Oasis 7 in February. A great location, a bit away from 7 mile beach but easily accessible. Snorkel outside your door as it is directly on its own beach. 6 adults and 6 teenagers and the teenagers said it was the best vacation ever. Beautiful hottub and pool on rooftop for later afternoon swim and sunsets. Elevator for easy access to floors. Fantastic views from every floor. Shopping less than one mile away. Game room with ping pong and basement with theater TV. Every detail. Ice machines on all floors you name it. And property manager Jennie was attentive and on top of any of our requests. Can't say enough positive about the whole experience. Thank you!!!
