You will love the colourful décor of this charming family home in Sougeal, ideal for 12 people. Granite stone construction, composed of two parts with living room, dining room, 2 equipped kitchens, 6 comfortable bedrooms, heated swimming pool from April to September, garden and barbecue. Strategically located to visit Brittany and Normandy: coast, Mont Saint-Michel, Fougères, Dinan... Friendly and warm atmosphere, perfect for a simple reunion.

We offer you to bring your own linen or rent it to us for 17eur/person and we will then provide you with sheets and towels or a flat rate of 180eur for 12 people.

Imagine a large house that exudes joie de vivre, ready to pamper you with its 12 beds, and its two parts that respond to each other like a nice echo of conviviality without forgetting its swimming pool for the joy of young and old!

Favourite side:
A granite stone house, a bit like an open book on Brittany. Walls that tell stories, colours that warm and a spirit of sharing that envelops you as soon as you walk through the door.
