A picturesque property that is perfect year-round for reunions, graduations, wedding, homecoming, or for family leisure time. Available during turkey and deer season for groups of hunters. You will have 40 acres to roam, (unless it is hunting season. sorry), watch birds and a lake to swim or fish in. Wildlife is abundant, deer and turkey, ducks and geese and many other critters will likely be seen. The house sits on a working farm. The barns contain implements. Expect to see farmers working their fields. We are located 20 minutes from Kirksville and the Universities. Close to Amish country and antiques. House includes large deck, pool table, TV room, coffee bar, full kitchen, laundry and more.

We have a entry to the house through the garage that is our mud room. Please use if your coming in from the lake or hunting.
You have full use of the house and immediate yard and lake. The property is on a working sawmill farm. There may be tractors and such nearby.
