Sea moments - Apartment Meermomente

Gateway to the Sea is a new construction project with a total of 26 residential units. All apartments have either a roof terrace, balcony or terrace, high quality furnishings, underfloor heating and regulated ventilation. Currently there are 18 apartments available for rent to guests. Quietly located on the outskirts, they have fantastic views in all directions. On the North Sea and the green Oberland, the dune and the lighthouse. On a neighboring property is currently a construction site. The area is prepared for the installation of residential buildings in modular construction. It may cause annoyance from the noise of construction machinery.

Apartment sea moments:
The luxurious apartment has about 70 square meters and has on the lower floor a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and access to the balcony, a spacious dining area and views of the sea and the countryside. Bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The studio on the upper level has a living / sleeping area with views of the North Sea through the panoramic roof window and access to the roof terrace with views of the lighthouse and the dune. Wi-Fi, TV and radio / docking station are available. Bed linen and towels are included and will be changed for longer stays.
