The Domaine du Sartre, located in a natural setting near Limoux, Chalabre, and Carcassonne, is sure to charm you with its many attractions. You’ll be ideally situated to visit and explore the sights of the Aude department, such as the medieval city of Carcassonne, as well as sites in the Cathar region such as Montségur and Puylaurens, or the Quercorb Museum in Puivert. You can also enjoy a glass of AOC Blanquette in Limoux or the wines of the Malepère region. Saint-Benoit is surrounded by lush green hills and meadows where you can enjoy long walks or mountain bike rides. The sunny, private terrace is equipped with patio furniture and a barbecue to liven up your summer meals. All around the estate, you’ll find woods and meadows, with the option of horse boarding. Private parking is available for several cars at the estate’s entrance. Access to the estate’s shared pool is available upon signing a liability waiver. The cottage features a large north-facing terrace with outdoor furniture; on the ground floor, there is a living room/kitchen area opening onto a second south-facing terrace with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms (1 140-cm bed and 2 90-cm beds), a separate toilet, and a shower room. Electric heating is an additional charge.
