The Cocoonr agency offers this beautiful residence for rent in Saint-Nic, approximately 400 metres from the beach, with a surface area of 120 m² and capacity for up to 6 guests.
This typical old farmhouse has a lovely 45 m² living room, a partly open-plan fitted kitchen, two lovely bedrooms, a shower room and a 200 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A bright 45 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, hob, etc.
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot.
Outside:
- A beautiful 200 m² private enclosed garden facing west with terrace and outdoor furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Nic, in a very pleasant seaside setting (beach 400m away).
You'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, crêperies, bars, a market and a range of sporting and cultural activities in the surrounding area (water sports, family beaches, hiking, etc.).
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (capacity for up to 2 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Châteaulin 20 min (17 km)
- Nearest airport: Quimper 40 min (40km)
