Gîte du Mollard - REGNIE DURETTE

Located in the heart of the Beaujolais wine region, near the village of Régnié-Durette, this charming holiday rental is housed in a detached home. On the ground floor, there is a wine-making garage, and on the same property stands the home of the owners, who are winemakers. Upon request, they can offer you a tasting of the estate’s wines. Wines are available for purchase on site. A few steps lead up to the terrace, which is sheltered by a hedge and offers complete privacy. Outdoor furniture, lounge chairs, and a barbecue are provided. On the same level, there is a living area with a kitchenette, dining area, and wood-burning stove. Two bedrooms (one with a double bed; one with two single beds), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. A large mezzanine opens onto the living area, featuring a sitting area, a bookshelf, and a TV. No air conditioning. Unfenced property surrounded by vineyards. Pets allowed in the rental—a €50 security deposit is to be paid to the owners on site.
