Honest answer : Thank you for taking the time to do a review. I am very sorry that your stay was not as you expected. I want to stress that the apartment is exactly as on the pictures on the website (what you see is what you get). The vent over the stove is equipped with active carbon filter to avoid a conduct towards the outside (the walls are 1 meter thick). I do not know on what you base your bold statement that we do not take pride in the place. As you write yourself you were not much here and when you were, you hided from us. You even left without saying goodbye. So my advice to you is : you are in Europe and not in the USA and should understand that a "rustico" on the Italian countryside is something completely different from a condo in a American big city and here people talk to each other. So I think there was a mismatch between what you are looking for/what your expectations are and what we offer, being an authentic Italian rustico on the unspoiled Italian countryside.
